V pátek člověk přijde se žádostí o jednu věc, po delší domluvě, abychom přesně zjistili, o co jde mi pracovnice řekla, že papíry objedná z vedlejšího města a budou tam v pondělí. (To bylo super, říkal jsem si, že to nemusím řešit a pohoda). V pondělí si přijdu pro papíry a stejná pracovnice mi říká, že Česká pošta už toto dávno nedělá a že o ničem neví. Ať si prý zavolám na infolinku, která je samozřejmě placená a stejně se tam nic nedozvím ? Prostě Česká pošta no, ani žádná omluva, nic ?

On Friday a person comes up with a request for one thing, after a long agreement, so that we can find out exactly what the worker is talking about, that she will order the papers from the next town and they will be there on Monday. (That was great, I thought I didn't have to deal with it and cool). On Monday, I come for the papers and the same employee tells me that the Czech Post has not been doing this for a long time and that it knows nothing about it. Let me call the infoline, which is of course paid and I still won't find out anything there ? Just Czech Post, no apology, nothing ?
