Ani nejsou schopni zadat do počítače stejnou adresu, která je uvedena na balíku a pak mi ještě vyčtou, že je to má chyba, že jsem spatne vyplnila podací lístek (podací lístek nevyplnuji, mám zákaznickou kartu). Prý se ozvou. Tak uvidíme, mám čekat? :D The worst post I've ever been to. Absolutely reluctant and unprofessional staff, acting on a slap, one drzejsi than another. Doručovatelka líná jak ta nejlínější veš, ani NEZKUSÍ zazvonit, protože copa kdyby byl náhodou někdo doma a ona se předáváním balíku ještě zdržovala. Na přepážce jedna arogantnější “hvězda” vedle druhý. Katastrofa na entou! I wouldn't give a single star if I could !!!! Why does a person pay for a "Parcel in hand" when the mail has to arrive anyway? The delivery girl is lazy, like the laziest louse, she won't even try to ring the bell, because if there was anyone at home, she was still delayed by handing over the package. On the counter one more arrogant "star" next to the other. Disaster and entou!
M	Martin Vachulka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fronta až do vstupního vestibulu, uvnitř 5 přepážek, v provozu jedna, za kterou se krčilo vemínko, které dávalo všem jasně najevo, jak jí tato práce baví. Za staženými žaluziemi se vybavovala 3 další vemínka bez sebemenšího zájmu o práci. S noblesou a elegancí sobě vlastní jsem je poslal tam, kam svojí úrovní patří. P	Petr Jánský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musejí mít nějaký speciální nároky.na zaměstnance. Jdete si pro dopis, nebo nedej bože pro balík a koukají na Vás jako by jste je otravoval. Půl hodiny hledání, za vámi nervoznich 10 lidí. No co. Je to vždycky zážitek. They must have some special demands. You go for the letter, or God for the package, and they look at you like you're annoying them. Half an hour of searching, 10 nervous people behind you. Well what. It's always an experience.
I	IGOR IGOR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proboha už s tím něco udělejte !!! Opakovaně jsem odejel i s balíčky na jinou poštu, nikde žádný problém jen v Horš. Týně otřes!!! Úřednice slečna Kohoutová ( tak se mi po mém dotazu představila, protože neměla ani jmenovku) arogantní a shnilá přejít k hlavnímu okýnku převzít balíčky, protože by se musela " zvednout ze židle".... Chápu že jí holt nebylo geneticky naděleno na víc, a že i lidé mentálně a inteligenčně pod průměrem populace potřebují pracovat, ovšem mají tedy dělat práci která jim přísluší, třeba do chlívu mezi prasátka, můžou se tam s nimi válet a bude jim dobře, ale nechápu proč se cpou k okýnku pošty. Každopádně je to především selhání vedení pošty. To, že za přepážkou narazíte na "neochotné vemínko" které si leští nehtíky a vy si připadáte jako " rušivý element" je pak už jen důsledek tohoto selhání, a vrhá to zbytečně špatné světlo na Českou poštu jako celek. Přitom pošta v Domažlicích, Staňkově či Klatovech naprosto bez problémů. ( ano, raděj jedu 20 km jinam než pošta v Týně). Česká pošto - zamyslete se prosím!!!!!!!!!!!! Děkuji, a věřte že nejsem sám co v to doufá....... For God's sake, do something about it !!! I repeatedly left with packages to another post office, no problem anywhere just in Horš. Clerk Miss Kohout (so she introduced herself to me after my question, because she didn't even have a name tag) arrogant and rotten to go to the main window to take over the packages, because she would have to "get up from her chair" .... I understand that her holt was not genetically assigned to more, and that even people mentally and intelligently below the population average need to work, but they have to do the work that belongs to them, for example to the barn among piglets, they can roll there and be fine, but I don't understand why they're clinging to the mail window. In any case, it is primarily a failure of the post office. The fact that behind the counter you come across a "reluctant udder" that polishes its nails and you feel like a "disruptive element" is then only a consequence of this failure, and it sheds an unnecessarily bad light on the Czech Post as a whole. At the same time, the post office in Domažlice, Staňkov or Klatovy was completely without problems. (yes, I prefer to go 20 km differently than the post office in Týn). Czech Post - please think !!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, and believe me, I'm not alone in what he hopes .......
M	M “DukE” S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opakovaně se mi stavá, že i když mi ČP pošle zprávu o převzetí balíčku, k doručení následujícho dne, tak nikdo nepříjde. Den po doručovacím dni bez upozornění dorazí pán s autem, převezmu balíček a o pár desítek minut později mi dorazí sms, že mi budou doručovat balíček. Jednou jsem si objednal zboží ze 2 různých eshopů a u jednoho nechtěně zadal místo balík do ruky, balík na poštu. Ten co byl do ruky byl objednán o den nebo dva dřív. Eshop mi v obou případech napsal email o předání zásilky dopravci. Jenže místo aby mi doručili ten do ruky, tak mi napsali, že se doručení nezdařilo(ač jsem ráno na balík čekal já a odpoledne manželka) a následně poslali sms že mám u nich na poště ten druhý balík. Dorazil jsem pro oba, vystál půl h frontu, paní se na mě dívala jak na vraha, že ji vůbec otravuju a při informaci že si jdu vyzvednout balik co mám na poštu mi sdelila, že tu mám ještě jeden. Balík do ruky byl pro mě důležitější, ale ČP zřejmě chtěla šetřit, nebo byl někdo tak lenošný a řekl si že si stejně pro jeden musím, tak coby doručoval ten první(přece počkám). In both cases, the e-shop wrote me an email about handing over the shipment to the carrier. But instead of delivering it to me, they wrote that delivery failed (although my wife and I waited for a package in the morning) and then sent an SMS that I had the second package at their post office. I arrived for both of them, stood in line for half an hour, the lady looked at me like a killer, that I was bothering her at all, and when she was informed that I was going to pick up the package I had in the mail, she told me that I had one more. The package in my hand was more important to me, but ČP probably wanted to save, or someone was so lazy and said to myself that I still had one for it, as if he was delivering the first one (I'll wait) It's a pardon forgiveness.

Š	Šárka Lehnerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečné!!!! Dnes mi volala maminka, že už týden nedostala vyúčtování od T-mobile. Volám na T-mobile a tam mi paní sdělila, že 12.1 předali vyúčtování ČP. Denně se ptá doručovatelek, prý pro ní nic nemají. Volám do H.Týna, nikdo mi telefon nebere. Na T-mobile mi řekli, že zaplatit musí maminka do 20.1, tudíž i kdyby jí to zítra pošta doručila, složenkou to zaplatit nestihne!!! Platby přes internet nemá aktivované, díkybohu, že má mě, poprosila jsem paní ať mi pošle platební údaje. Česká pošto, můžete mi alespoň tady odpovědět, jak je možné, že důležitá vyúčtování nedoručujete???? Díkybohu za ČP u nás v Tc, tady je to o jiném chování. Unbelievable !!!!
