★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe they fired the unpleasant staff but during recent 4 visits everything was just good. Hence giving 4 starts instead of one. Plus extra star for a cute girl who helps with choosing the right option in ticket system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the younger staffs actually speak really good English. I like how they open on Saturday. Never had issue communicating with them in my limited Czech nor experiencing bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the post office decides to make fun of my nationality to my face, then demonstrate with her fingers how much I should pay. I believe she meant to have fun, but this behavior is not acceptable in a professional setting. Please teach your employees manners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you speak bad Czech be ready to meet women with short black hair (12 room) which will be aggressive and rude. She shouts loud and makes fun of you with her colleagues. Can’t imagine such behavior in intelligent Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well one of the best post offices in Prague I have visited so far. I came today around 7 pm to the place which was almost empty. I took the number and had to wait just couple minutes. The lady at the counter was really nice and friendly and we had a nice small talk about my package. Thank you for your service!
