★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jestliže nefunguje Czechpoint a přesto nikdo na pobočce tuhle informaci nedá na dveře nebo třeba k objednávkovému tlačítko. A nechají vas čekat 40 minut aby vám pak řekli ze to dneska nejede... Proste nulová orientace na zákazníka.
If Czechpoint does not work and yet no one at the branch will put this information on the door or, for example, on the order button. And they'll keep you waiting 40 minutes to tell you it's not working today ... Just zero customer orientation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No musím říct že na to že je to v Bohumíně hlavní pošta,tak má hodně co dohánět. Neustále fronty i když je tam jen pár lidí tak stejně musíte čekat. Když se dostanete k okýnku tak už to jde. Co mě velice překvapilo bylo to že nemůžete platit šek platební kartou pokud nemáte přímo jejich. Nechápu že tohle na poště nejde. Přitom ostatní věci kartou platit jdou. Obsluha v pořádku i poradí. Ále za dlouhé roky se nic s čekací dobou nezměnilo což je dost škoda.
Well, I have to say that the fact that it is the main post office in Bohumín has a lot to catch up with. There are always queues even though there are only a few people so you still have to wait. When you get to the window, it works. What really surprised me was that you can't pay a check by credit card unless you have them directly. I don't understand that this doesn't work at the post office. At the same time, other things go with the card. The staff will be fine and happy. But over the years, nothing has changed with the waiting time, which is quite a shame.
