Unfortunately, I have only poor experience with this branch. I better avoid them and go to more distant locations. (when I have to post) After the wrong transcription of my date of birth from the citizen to a document that ured me to validate and documented the document, the lady refused to accept the mistake the other day, so I had to make a copy of the document again and I had to to pay a fee for the official verification that the lady had spoiled the day before. It is not a 30kc, nor a copy, but the one day of extra running just because of "dame", who made a mistake and even it can not recognize and apologize. Cool. The package delivery service on Saturday works so that one has to go there because the driver does not want to go extra for one prepaid package. At least the driver asked me if I didn't mind that I was going to his way. Well, if an employee of a package delivery takes 3 days holiday or what actually happened there, and a person starts to join his package, which is clearly hanging on the internet for 3 days on their branch and arrives there to ask, so the package is denied, still looking stupid into the PC and say that there really is not. When I say I know he is there, he actually thinks about going to the store for the second time and the package suddenly grows up there. ? This branch is really incredible. A little more incredible is that I came into contact with them only 3 times, so everything that is written here is the only experience with the Czech Post in Vyssi Brod, I hope the last!

Terrible attitude, if you don't come across someone willing, you will hardly do anything.
