Již po několikáté se mi stalo,že pošťácká ani nezazvoni a ani nenechá lístek,že mám balík na poště .SMS taky nechodí...tudíž mi pak na poště leží kolikrát i důležité psaní a já o tom nevím a jsou z toho zbytečně problémy. Nehledě na to,že už 2x se mi stalo,že dopis byl doručen na jinou adresu než je na něm napsana. The branch is fine. Fast and nice staff. Unfortunately, postal delivery disaster. It has happened to me several times that the postman does not even ring or leave a ticket, that I have a package at the post office. Despite the fact that it has happened to me twice that the letter was delivered to a different address than the one written on it.
V	Věra Drápalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebudu hodnotit poštu jako celek, ale tuto pobočku. Obsluha na přepážkách je milá a ochotná i v případě že mají frontu a lidé si zanadávají. Obdivuji jejich chladnou hlavu a profesionální přístup. Nemohou za to, že jim podnik nedovolí přibrat další zaměstnance a tak otevřít další přepážku aby se fronty netvořily. I will not evaluate the mail as a whole, but this branch. The service at the counters is nice and helpful even if they have a queue and people swear. I admire their cool head and professional approach. They cannot blame the fact that the company will not allow them to hire more employees and thus open another counter so that the queues do not form.

Již po několikáte čekáte doma celý den na balík a auto pošty vůbec nedojede, žádný lístek a v dobrém případě Vám příjde druhý den email, že adresát nezastižen a balík je někde uložen. Pište aspoň pravdu, že se Vám to nechce rozvážet a rovnou to někde necháváte!!! Delivering packages from this branch is really 1 or less stars !! Nebo pošťačka, jako dnes, zazvoní a než sejdete schody z patra vidíte akorát záda a čáru za autem. Opravdu NEskutečné. Na pobočce Hustopeče u Brna již tři stížnosti a nikam to nevede. Dozvíte se, že nejsou lidi a ti co jsou, nesmíte pokárat, ani jin dát srážku z platu, jinak se hodí marod. Hlava mi to nebere!! Absolute disaster !!!! Och, jak jsem se mýlil! 14:58 mi přišla sms, že jsem nebyl zastižen a balík leží na poště v Nosislavi!! Volal jsem na kontakt uvedený v sms jako kontakt na řidiče. Ten nejdříve dělal, že nezvedá, posléze začal telefon rovnou pokládat. Napsal jsem stížnost na tohoto doručovatele, ale ze zkušenosti vím, že to nikam nikdy nevede. Abych byl trochu pozitivní, jsem rád, že mi přišla alespoň sms s informací, že balík je v Nosislavi. Manželce totiž sms od České Pošty nepřišla žádná a nebýt osobní návštěvy depa ve Slatině, nikdy se nedozvím, že balík leží na poště na Vinohradech... 11/18/2020 I received an SMS with information that she would deliver the package to me. Chápu že práce pošťačky je špatně zaplacena ale to nic nemění na faktu že by měli odvádět jak nejlépe umějí.
