★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyzvedávání balíčků je možno až od půl 6 i když ho mají na pobočce. Paní za pokladnou nedělají nic pro to, aby vyhověli zákazníkovi, jen se hloupě usmívají a dělají z vás debila. Poplatky, na které předem neupozorní, no prostě katastrofa.
Picking up packages is possible from half past half 6, even if they have it at the branch. The lady behind the cash register doesn't do anything to satisfy the customer, they just smile stupidly and make you a moron. Charges that he does not point out in advance, but simply a disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu, k čemu je na zásilce telefonní číslo, když ty borky, co to mají doručit se ani neobtěžují zazvonit na zvonek a když už teda tak ani nezavolají, přitom to číslo mají čitelně napsané a zcela automaticky hodí papír do schránky a fičí si v klidu dál. Člověk celý den prosedí doma a nic z toho. Ale co čekám, že? -_- Pak mám zcela zbytečně jet do města, abych stála nekonečně dlouhou dobu na poště. Asi aby se tam nenudili nebo nevím.
I don't understand what the phone number is on the shipment, when the guys who are supposed to deliver it don't even bother to ring the bell, and when they don't even call, the number is legibly written and completely automatically throws the paper in the box and fits in peace gave. You sit at home all day and none of that. But what am I waiting for? -_- Then I have to go to town completely unnecessarily to stand at the post office for an infinitely long time. Probably not to get bored there or I don't know.
