ještě nám to potvrdili psali, že to do dvou hodin doručí. Samozřejmě že nedoručili tak jim tam voláme kde to vázne. A paní nám řekla „ My máme zakázané znovu doručování." A to nám to ještě potvrdili to znovu doručení.
They were to deliver the package. They did not deliver or let you know. So we asked for delivery again
they confirmed it to us and wrote that they would deliver it within two hours. Of course they didn't deliver, so we call them where it gets stuck. And the lady told us, "We are forbidden to deliver again."
