Tak jsem odešel a ne poprvé s prázdnou. Přemýšlím jak to udělat abych na tuto poštu už nemusel chodit. Jeden zákazník přede mnou z tohoto důvodu také odešel. Kolik nás asi je za jeden den? Tato pobočka je ostudou České pošty. Měli by se nad tím někde zamyslet!!! Horror after 20 min. So I left and not for the first time with an empty one. I'm wondering how to do it so I don't have to go to this post office anymore. One customer in front of me also left for this reason. How many of us are there in one day? This branch is a disgrace to the Czech Post. They should think about it somewhere !!!

Hledání zásilky na několika místech pošty trvající dlouhé minuty jsem zažila několikrát. A když jsem potřebovala ověřit podpis a převést jej do elektronické podoby, tak to byla akce na půl hodiny. Ale nemůžu říct, že by tam byla nepříjemná obsluha. When I go to this post office with the kids, I take a snack and a book with me. I've been waiting there for an hour. Opakovaně jsem žádal o doručení balíčků a psaní místo lístečků ve schránce (pracuji z domova, zvonek je popsán a funguje). Bohužel. Jediná změna - ty lístečky mi přestali do schránky házet, takže jsem se nedozvěděl, že mi něco došlo. Naposled šlo o balík z Francie se zaplaceným zbožím (3000 Kč) -> nedoručili, nehodili lístek, odeslali zpět. Řešení? Je zde nový doručovatel ... ale to je vše, co mi bylo sděleno. Čekám na vyjádření na základě mailového dotazu, ale mají 30 dní na odpověď. Nemám balík, odesílatel ho zadarmo poslat znovu nechce, já to platit nechci, pošta to platit nechce (i když je jediná v tomto případě, kdo za vše může). Jedna hvězda za možnost koupit si losy. I have repeatedly asked for packages and writing instead of boxes in the mailbox (I work from home, the bell is described and works). Unfortunately. The only change - they stopped throwing them in my mailbox, so I didn't know I was out of something. Last time it was a package from France with paid goods (3000 CZK) -> did not deliver, did not throw the ticket, sent back. Solution? There's a new deliveryman ... but that's all I was told. I'm waiting for a response based on an email query, but have 30 days to respond. I do not have a package, the sender does not want to send it again for free, I do not want to pay it, the mail does not want to pay it (although it is the only one in this case who is responsible for everything). One star for the chance to buy lots. I'm talking - less than one can't.

Přitom zaměstnanci tento technický problém již několikrát hlásili na podnik, tedy asi vedení České pošty v Liberci. Některému zákazníkovi se také nemusí líbit okolní veřejný prostor, např. popraskaný chodník a počmárané zdi. Já osobně bych se nebránil, kdyby Česká pošta v Liberci otevřela další pobočky, aby se na stávajících netvořily dlouhé fronty. Availability + customer service is at this branch cool. Some customers may also not like the surrounding public space, such as a cracked sidewalk and smudged walls.
