S	Stepan Bohm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštěvují poštu minimálně 1xtýdně již léta a mohu říci že doposud nebyl problém, naopak stále se vylepšují,přístup zaměstnců vlídný,rádi poradí,doporučuji tuto poštu navštěvovat! Přijde mi, že samotná pobočka pošty se poslední dobou snaží zlepšit a zrychlit služby, tudíž přidávám hvězdu alespoň za snahu. As if you don't think that they will ever deliver the shipment to your home, you just get the message "the addressee was not found".
A	Anton Tokár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z těch horších pošt. Pořád plno, občas čekáte i půl hodiny. Na přepážce většinou vše rychle a ok. Velká výtka k nouzovému stavu a zkrácení provozní doby do 16:00, jednak se tam nahrne více koroňáků a taky děláte hrozný opruz, co se týče pouštění zákazníků. Přišel jsem přesně na minutu a pipina mě už vyhazovala ven, vůbec si nevzpomněla že jsem ji minule pomohl s agresivním člověkem, který se dobíjel dovnitř po zavíračce. Pokazilo mi to den, doufám že tyto zkostnatělé instituce jednou zkrachují a nahradí je prozákaznický soukromý sektor. Taky se moc lidí stěžuje, že změna otevíracích hodin vůbec není uvedena na googlu, kam se lidi běžně dívají. Výmluvy typu, že má jejich IT ocas moc práce nikoho nezajímají, máte si to dát laskavě do pořádku! Už je to dost dlouho, co ta změna nastala! One of the worse post offices. It ruined my day, I hope that these rigid institutions will fail one day and be replaced by the pro-customer private sector. Many people also complain that the change in opening hours is not indicated at all on Google, where people normally look. Excuses such as having their IT tail a lot of work no one cares about, you have to put it right! It's been a long time since that change!
M	Martin Sikora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lehce méně vytížená pošta v okolí, již mají i elektronický čekací systém. Mají i Czechpoint a ověřují podpisy. Pozor na krátkou otvírací dobu. V okolí se nějaké parkovací místo dá najít ale občas je to složitější. Zaměstnanci podle toho na koho člověk narazí, naposledy s námi paní ověřovala podpisy i po zavírače, za to děkujeme. Slightly less busy post office in the area, they already have an electronic waiting system. They also have Czechpoint and verify signatures. Beware of short opening hours. There is a parking space nearby, but sometimes it is more difficult. Employees according to who you come across, the last time the lady checked the signatures with us even after closing, thank you for that.
_	_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst post, too long queues. I regret that I can put -100 rating for this place. My wife was waiting for package from another country, when package reached Czech Republic track number was changed and post made small mistakes in her name. Anyway, Czech post website was clearly showing relation of previous tracking number to a new Czech number, but woman refused to give her package! And on same day we came later to another worker and she gave package without any questions!!!!
E	Eugene Syromyatnikov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Works fine, long queues are dispatched fairly quickly (~30 people in ~15 minutes), and there usually no queues at all in the first half of the day; some officers even know English (definitely not all, but every time I had a non-trivial issue, an English-speaking employee had been provided). They don't usually deliver packages to houses (not to mine, at least, only letters and notifications), but that's more a benefit for me, as that way I avoid talking to a non-English-speaking postman.
