★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Většinou arogantní přístup, nepořádek v systému- řeknou vám, že je to na jiné poště, po urgenci se to u nich objeví a ani se neomluví, že jste museli jet x km a tam zjistit, že to tak není. Rozhodně by vstřícnost neuškodila.
Mostly arrogant approach, a mess in the system - they will tell you that it is at another post office, after an emergency it will appear at them and they will not even apologize that you had to drive x km and find out that it is not so. Definitely, helpfulness would not hurt.

Zaplatila jsem si dosílku pošty včetně SIPA, podotýkám, že to stojí nemalé peníze.
Už potřetí mi SIPO nepřišlo, telefonát na poštu, abych se něco dozvěděla, vypadal tak, že mě nechala paní čekat na telefonu a já poslouchala nejmíň 10 min., jak obsluhuje u přepážky, pak mi s klidem řekne, že jim to neposlali z centrály a ať si zažádám o náhradní doklad..o tom, že když přijdete na poštu, aby vám vystavili tento doklad z minulého měsíce, tak vás pošlou k šípku, protože pokud přijdete po konci měsíce, tak už to vystavit nejde.....tolik k fundovaným informacím zaměstnanců ČP.
Absolute disaster!
I paid for the mail, including SIPA, and I note that it costs a lot of money.
I didn't receive SIPO for the third time, the phone call to find out something looked like the lady had me waiting on the phone and I listened for at least 10 minutes as he waits at the counter, then he calmly tells me that they didn't send it to them from headquarters and let me apply for a replacement document..that that when you come to the post office to issue you this document from last month, they will send you to the arrow, because if you come after the end of the month, it can no longer be issued ..... so much for the well-founded information of ČP employees.
