It's unreal, you can't call the mail because the phone number doesn't exist. For three days in a row, they carry my post to a completely different address. Unreal!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální otvírací doba, stále nefunkční telefonní číslo zveřejněné na webu jako kontaktní a pro balík "do ruky" se chodí běžně na poštu i když jste doma. Je zajímavé, že s PPL se to nestane.
Chtěl jsem dát 0 hvězdiček, ale bohužel to nejde.
Catastrophic opening hours, a still non-functional telephone number published on the website as a contact and for a package "in hand" is usually mailed even when you are at home. Interestingly, this will not happen with PPL.
I wanted to give 0 stars, but unfortunately it doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otvírací doba pouze pro důchodce a maminy na mateřské, pracující člověk aby si vzal dovolenou. Nedá se tam dovolat. Pokaždé otevřená jediná přepážka, což je dost otrava, když už místo balíků doručují jen 'adresát nezastižen'.
Opening hours only for retirees and mothers on maternity, working person to take leave. You can't call there. A single counter is always open, which is quite annoying when, instead of packages, they deliver only 'addressee not found'.
