★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blonďatá paní středního věku za pultem. Chování katastrofální... nadřazená, přemoudřelá, jako by snědla všechnu moudrost světa... Jestli to čtete, prosím zamyslete se, vše se dá vyřešit v klidu. Jakožto majitel společnosti, se nikdy nad nikoho nepovyšuji, natož na zákazníky. Jsem klidný, ale toto by byl rychlý proces i u mě. Všechny ostatní zaměstnankyně naprosto úžasné na 1+, abych jen nehanil.

If you are reading this, please think, everything can be solved in peace. As a company owner, I never exalt myself over anyone, let alone customers. I'm calm, but this would be a quick process for me too. All the other employees absolutely amazing on 1+ so I don't just chase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když už si odpoledne tu poštu z jakéhokoliv důvodu zavřou tak ať to mají na svých internetových stránkách napsané. A ne že je tam napsáno otevřeno, zavírá se v 18.00 a když člověk přijede k poště pro balík tak může jít zase zpátky. A to není poprvé...
If they close the mail for any reason in the afternoon, let them have it written on their website. And not that it says open, it closes at 6 pm and when you come to the post office for the package, you can go back again. And this is not the first time ...
