★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní na přepážce zpomalená, zmatená, při psaní hledá písmena na klávesnici... po čekání asi 50min, kde jsem byl 3. nebo 4. v řadě na danou přepážku mi v polovině požadavků oznámila, že má již 5 min po pracovní době, ať dojdu na zbytek další den.

Další služby jsou ve stejném duchu. Tato pobočka je za trest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna velká katastrofa, kdyby šlo dát 0* tak je dám . Pokud se člověk opravdu nechce vytočit, tak sem raději ani nechoďte. Odtud vane jen neskutečná arogance od paní na pokladně.
PS: Paní pokladní by asi měli změnit práci, protože je to očividně nebaví.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nedoručují balíčky a ani nedají vědět o tom že nějaký balíček jim leží na poště abyste si ho vyzvedli a vystáli dlouhou frontu. myslím že nejsem sám kdo má takovou zkušenost. to co předvádí je opravdová vizitka toho že už by se toho měla ujmout jiná firma
they don't deliver packages, nor do they let you know that a package is at their post office so you can pick it up and stand in a long line. I don't think I'm the only one who has such an experience. what he is showing is a real business card that another company should take care of it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefon zvoní a zvoní, nikdo to nebere. Nedoručené oznámení o tom, že mám na poště balík nebo dopis. Pošťačky na to kašlou a když už si pro ten balík dojdu, tak čekám hodinu na to, abych se dostala k přepážce, protože jsou otevřený dvě!!! Fronta na poštu pře 100 lidí!!!! A paní za přepážkou vám řekne, že můžete být rádi, že jsou otevřený aspoň ty dvě, taky mohla být jen jedna.
Tuhle poštu absolutně nedoporučuji!
The phone rings and rings, no one takes it. Undelivered notification that I have a package or letter in the mail. The postmen are coughing about it and when I go for the package, I wait an hour for me to get to the counter, because there are two open !!! A queue for mail for 100 people !!!! And the lady behind the counter will tell you that you can be glad that at least the two of them are open, there could only be one.
I absolutely do not recommend this mail!

Je to přesně takové jak předchozí recenze píší!
Vyrazil jsem s tím že vím co čeho jdu. S úsměvem. Nic mě nerozhodí.
Čekal jsem venku a nevěřícně koukal na tři postupně vycházející vytočené a nadávající paní. Elánu mi to neubralo. Konečně to přišlo a já mohl vstoupit. Jedna námi přede mnou.
Po 20 minutách mě začal přecházet humor. Paní pořád u přepážky. Za ostatními překážkami čumí zaměstnankyně a před nimi celdulky Přepážka uzavřena. Za mnou přes dvacet lidí.
Konečně na mě přišla řada. Paní za přepážkou skutečně píše jedním prstem. Do jehličkové tiskárny, snad starší než já, strká papír na třikrát. Mezi tím mi nabízí losy, spoření, účet, stavebko. Já už chci pouze aby Česká pošta zanikla. Nic víc.

In the meantime, he offers me tickets, savings, an account, a building block. I just want the Czech Post to disappear. Nothing more.
