★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problém není v poště v Mokré ale celkově v České Poště. Jednou objednáte Balík do ruky (placenou službu) a dojde Vám sms v 17:45 že jste nebyl zastižen doma i když celej den čekáte jak blázen. Okolo 17:55 (aby se náhodou nestihlo dojít na poštu) dojde sms že je balík uložen a připraven k vyzvednutí. Podruhé máte objednanej balíček na poštu (proč platit Balík do ruky když pro něj stejnak půjdu na poštu) a v pátek (i když měl dojít ve čtvrtek) opět okolo 17:55 dojde sms že Váš balík je připraven na vyzvednutí. Takže víkend plus svátek = balík v p*deli. Paráda ...
The problem is not in the post office in Mokrá but in Česká Pošta in general. Once you order the Package in hand (paid service) and you will receive an SMS at 17:45 that you were not caught at home, even if you wait all day like crazy. Around 17:55 (so that it doesn't happen to be in the mail by chance) there will be an SMS that the package is saved and ready to be picked up. The second time you have ordered a package in the mail (why pay the package in your hand if I go to the post office for it anyway) and on Friday (even though it should have come on Thursday) again around 17:55 there will be an SMS that your package is ready to be picked up. So weekend plus holiday = package in p * deli. Great ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkově neochota a pořád drzost. Obtěžuje paní na přepážce, ze posílám několik balíčku naráz. Připlatíme za Express doručení dopisu do druhého dne, ale dopis teprve ODEJDE za pět dní. Opravdu vynikající. Jste doma čekáte balík, doručovatelka ani nezazvoní, papír že mám balíček uložen dá do schránky Třeba za 4 dny. I když schránku dennodenne vybírám datum napíše ze dne kdy měla dorucovat ale vloží to do schránky až o x dní později.... hrůza a děs

We will pay extra for Express delivery of the letter by the next day, but the letter will NOT DEPART in five days. Really delicious. You are at home waiting for a package, the delivery girl will not even ring, the paper that I have the package saved will be put in the mailbox, maybe in 4 days. Even though I pick up the mailbox every day, she writes the date from the day she was supposed to deliver it, but she puts it in the mailbox only x days later .... horror and terror

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dámy na přepážce jsou vždy ochotné a milé, paní doručovatelka také. Česká pošta by je měla zrovna na této pobočce platit zlatem.
The ladies at the counter are always helpful and kind, the maid too. The Czech Post should pay them with gold at this branch.
