P	Pavel Kandráč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkove CP bida,des a bes. Najdou se samozrejme i vyjimky v podobe nekterych zamestancu,kteri delaji svoji praci tak,jak maji. Ale nechat si dorucit balicek CP do ruky a pak najit v postovni schrance listek o nezastizeni,i kdyz jsem celou dobu dom,to je smutny. Nevim,jestli za to muze konkretni pracovnik nebo to je systemova chyba. Pracovnice za prepazkou v MH jsou v pohode, usmevave,ochotne(ale najdou se mezi nima i kysely ksichty,ktere tam jsou na zaskok). Asi uz mam tezkou averzi na CP,tak to davam sezrat uz i pracovnicim,ale to se fakt neda. Jedna hvezda jenom proto,ze nula bohuzel nejde. Ucte se od jinych firem typu PPL,DPD a Zasilkovne nesahate ani po kotniky,jak smutne. Asi budu muset navstivit postu v jinem meste. Treba me mile prekvapi. Total CP bida, des a bes. Learn from other companies such as PPL, DPD and Zasilkovne, you don't even reach your ankles, how sad. I'll probably have to visit a post in another city. I must be pleasantly surprised.

Dokonce to vygradovalo do té fáze, že ani ten papír do schránek neházejí, a pokud si nezaplatíte sledování zásilky, tak o balíku nemáte ani ponětí a máte leda tak smůlu! The ladies behind the counter are nice, but the delivery of packages to the address is completely unreliable. Repeatedly throughout the year, unattainable at the address, even if you are at home all day. It even graduated to the stage that they don't even throw the paper in the boxes, and if you don't pay to track the shipment, you have no idea about the package and you're unlucky!

Když jsem jí požádala o radu tak mě nevhodně odmítla a urazila. Měla jsem pocit že jí obtěžuji a myslím si že taková pracovnice není na svém místě. S takovým nelidským chováním jsem se ještě nesetkala. Today, October 26, I visited the post office after 11 am. I was at the first counter at the door on the left. The worker was very arrogant. When I asked her for advice, she turned me down inappropriately and insulted me. I felt like I was bothering her and I don't think such a worker is in her place. Matrikářka jej podala v pondělí v 10:00, má to na poštu 50m, já bydlím od pošty asi 800m. V úterý mi sdělili že dokumenty nemají a o ničem neví. Ve středu, že se to asi ztratilo. Ve čtvrtek nám poštačka hodila papír do schránky a ujela, přestože jsme byli doma a čekali na dokumenty. Na papíře napsáno, že si můžeme dokumenty vyzvednout dnes odpoledne v Hradišti. Jdu na poštu. Pracovnice naprosto arogantní a naštvaná, že ji obtěžuji a že když jsem dnes dostal papír do schránky tak to můžu vyzvednout až zítra od 08:00. Ještě mně urazila a smála se, že asi neumím číst, že sice je tam napsáno, že si to můžu vyzvednout dnes, ale o dva řádky níže je napsáno že zítra. Všeho všudy využití služeb České Pošty je jednou z nejhorších zkušeností mého života a to jsem žil 7 měsíců v rozvojové Indii. Naprosté plýtváni lidskými zdroji, penězi, časem. Doporučuji zrušit/privatizovat/rozprodat a přenechat poštovní služby profesionálům. Tohle je naprosto příšerné!!! Using all the services of the Czech Post is one of the worst experiences of my life and I lived in development India for 7 months. Absolute waste of human resources, money, time. I recommend canceling / privatizing / selling and leaving postal services to professionals. This is absolutely awful !!!

Systém vyvolávání naprosto nepřehledný - několik řad, které na sebe nenavazují, takže absolutně netušíte, kdy na Vás přijde řada. Na pobočce standardně fungují tak 2-3 okénka z 5, i když tam čeká 20 lidí. A když se zeptáte, kdy přijdete na řadu, tak Vám arogantně odpoví, že neví a máte si prostě počkat. The branch is not barrier-free, so you can't get there with a pram. The invocation system is completely confusing - several rows that do not follow each other, so you have absolutely no idea when your turn will come. By default, there are 2-3 windows out of 5 at the branch, even though 20 people are waiting there. And when you ask when it's your turn, they arrogantly tell you that they don't know and you just have to wait.
