Zvýhodněnou úrokovou míru váží na nutnost vedení jiného účtu kde poplatky za služby mohou libovolně měnit, tzn. stále je těžké porovnat a mít jistotu stabilního srovnání s konkurencí po celou dobu fixace. Při předchozí fixaci mi dali zvýhodněnou cenu, pokud dodržím délku fixace 5 let. Tu jsem nedodržel o pár měsíců z důvodu navýšení hypotéky. Za to mi chtěli dát sankci v řádu desítek tis. Kč přesto, že jsem chtěl pokračovat u ČS. Až po vyjednávání a poskytnutí konkurenční nabídky od sankce zcela ustoupili. Jinak osobní jednání byla na profesionální úrovni a dostal jsem odpovědi na všechny otázky hned nebo dodatečně mailem. I am a long-time client.
