Quite large premises of the bank, for each banker chairs to sit, but behind the door stands in line. Beware of parking - zones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 zamestnanci na pobocce. Jeden klient u prepazky a cekal jsem pul hodiny. Alespon jsem mohl vyslechnout rozhovor klienta a zamestnance o zruseni sporiciho uctu, kdo by cekal, ze to je u teto banky takova veda.
4 employees at the branch. One client at the counter and I waited half an hour. At least I could hear a conversation between a client and an employee about canceling a savings account, who would have expected that this bank is such a science.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a witness to a scene where the bank young employee was helping to a very old and possibly bit blind tiny old lady with the ATM machine transaction in such a rude, impatient, and dismissive way, that it made me very sad. There is a big disconnect between old and young in post communist CZ, due to the destruction of families and communities on the whole, but to be so unkind in professional setting is inexcusable. Shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably slow service. Staff is not helpful nor pleasant. Bankers make cold calls to clients while customers are waiting in line. Go to a different branch if possible. Their WiFi is as slow as their service.
