★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní katastrofa, dnes jsem tam byl poprvé a naposled. Funguje pouze jedna přepážka, takže pokud před sebou máte důchodce, který si přišel založit účet, strávíte ve frontě hodinu. Já dnes 50 minut, abych byl přesný. Potřeboval jsem pouze podepsat a doložit nějaké dokumenty a příště to radši ověřím na poště a pošlu na centrálu, než využívat služeb této pobočky. A to na Českou poštu všichni nadávají, ale Česká spořitelna klesla s úrovní nabízených služeb ještě níže než tento státní moloch, což je myslím dost na pováženou.
An absolute disaster, today I was there for the first and last time. There is only one counter, so if you have a pensioner in front of you who has come to open an account, you will spend an hour in line. I have 50 minutes today to be exact. I just needed to sign and provide some documents, and next time I'd rather check it at the post office and send it to headquarters than use the services of this branch. And everyone is cursing at Česká pošta, but Česká spořitelna has fallen with the level of services offered even lower than this state moloch, which I think is quite considered.
