★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkem dlouho se čeká na to až se vás někdo ujme, potřeboval jsem řešit něco na přepážce a bohužel fungovala jen jedna a to i přesto že u překážek v zadu seděli zaměstnankyně a bavili se klienti tedy museli čekat i půl hodinky než vůbec na ně přišla řada chápal bych to kdyby tam žádní zaměstnanci nebyly ale za těchto podmínek určitě nedoporučuji vedoucí dané pobočky by se měl chytnout za nos!!!
It's been a long time waiting for someone to pick you up, I needed to solve something at the counter and unfortunately only one worked, even though the employees were sitting in the back and the clients had fun waiting for half an hour before it was their turn I would understand if there were no employees, but under these conditions I definitely do not recommend the manager of the branch should catch his nose !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočku jsem musel navštívit dvakrát jelikož při první návštěvě paní nebyla dostatečně proškolená a musela mi sjednat schůzku na další den.
I had to visit the branch twice because on the first visit the lady was not sufficiently trained and had to make an appointment for the next day.
