★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhé čekání než člověka obslouží. Vím že každá poradkyně téhle práci rozumí méně a některá více, ale na téhle pobočce jich bohužel moc šikovných není. Minule slečna ani nevěděla jak mi má zrušit účet..
 A long wait before serving a person. I know that every counselor understands this job less and some more, but unfortunately there are not many of them very good at this branch. Last time, the young lady didn't even know how to cancel my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy, když přijdu do téhle banky na Vsetíně, tak se na mě bankéřky krásně usmívají, což určitě nemůžu říct o jiných bankách. Vždycky mi to zlepší den :-) slečny jsou velmi šikovné, poradí, pomůžou a nikdy nečekám dýl jak 5min. A když mají plno tak se prostě objednám. Za mě plný počet hvězd.
Every time I come to this bank in Vsetin, the bankers smile beautifully at me, which I certainly can't say about other banks. It always improves my day :-) the girls are very handy, they will help, and I never expect more than 5min. And when they're full, I just order. For me the full number of stars.
