Unser Anliegen war sicher nicht einfach und noch dazu sind wir Ausländer. Bei einer Bank sollte das Konto anulliert und in der CS ein neues Konto eröffnet werden. In der Zeit zwischen 10:47 bis 12:15 anwesende Beamtin (glaube Schalter Nr. 1) handelte absolut kompetent, ruhig und erklärend, was für uns wichtig war. Gerne werden wir in die Filiale mit so freundlichen Mitarbeitern zurückkehren.
