★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to open an account but it was a terrible experience..it took 10 days to open it and have the card in which the name was wrong... They let me wait another week to have the new card but they gave me the same wrong card saying that I had to wait another week... Embarrassing.... My GF went there to change the mobile numer of her account but all staff doesn't speak any english.... Avoid it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For ppl with foreign mobile numbers ,don’t even try this bank.They will open account for you,they will promise that it will work but u could never use mobile banking or online purchases.Go to any other bank.Specially ppl with Russian numbers.There technical support will be convincing you that it’s a problem of your operator when it’s not.And ppl who work in there IT department is simply unprofessional cause this problem persist more than a year and they still can’t solve it.If you are foreigner choose any other bank ,just not this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in this morning and I had the best experience so far with banking in Prague. Mrs. Smolíková was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us today figure out things that are related to our account that we needed to do for a long time but haven’t had the chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spent there 45 minutes waiting for one(!) customer who came before me, then I walked off without managing what I wanted. Three clerks just staring at their screens, not even taking customers, while two counters deals with the queue but, apparently, they dedicate like one hour to each. If you like a bank experience from early 1990's, go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank in the hole Czech Republic. There policies are horrible and They will always antagonist the client even if he or she is the victim of a financial fraud. Also is almost imposible to find agents that understand or speak English at all. If you are actually looking to Stay at the Czech Republic to work or to study run as far away from this bank as possible.
