★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Právě díky této pobočce jsem změnil banku. To co v Děčína na pobočce nebyl problém, to jsem tady nevyřídil ani během dvou návštěv. Když mi při druhé řekli, že si musím zavolat na jejich telefon, že to na pobočce nevyřeší, došla mi trpělivost a tuto společnost jsem opustil. A jak mi ten den hned volali a snažili se umožnit to o co jsem opakovaně žádal, pozdě, měli by si vážit i zákazníků co mají, nejen chytat ty co odchází.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá arogance vůči zákazníkovi, neochota něco vysvětlit nebo poradit, pouze hrubé odmítnutí, slečna z recepce ještě OK, ale co předvedla paní na přepážce pro Komerční platby jsem opravdu nikdy nezažil, sebrala mi drze pořadové číslo poslala na recepci a přestala semnou komunikovat, po takové zkušenosti si člověk rozmyslí zda má tuhle pobočku ještě někomu doporučit.
