★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochota a neprofesionalita. Pani nebyla ochotna mi pomoci. Nejdříve jsem dlouho čekala a když jsem se už dočkala tak ke mně přišla zmalovaná a nepříjemná bankéřka, která očividně neměla svůj den. Když jsem tam byla podruhé tak opět ta stejna blonďatá protiva. Radši jsem zrušila kvůli téhle neschopné bankéřce účet a přešla jinam.
Reluctance and unprofessionalism. The lady was not willing to help me. At first I waited a long time, and when I got to it, a painted and unpleasant banker came to me, who obviously didn't have her day. The second time I was there, the same blonde opponent. I'd rather cancel my account because of this incompetent banker and move on.
