Jak vedení bežného účtu tak k vedení účtu u právnícké osoby. Špatný Internetbanking, neodborný personal, šílené poplatky za vše... Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Lidem v důchodu místo toho, aby rozumné poradili se snaží nabídnout nějakou blbost navíc, ať je ještě o něco odrbou, ikdyž už jim strhnou kačky za každou drobnost, když u nich mají účet. Jsem spokojen už dlouhá léta, co nejsem jejich klientem. This business shouldn't exist. Plno klientů, fungující jediná pokladna, nicméně za kruhem jak to teď udělali 4 nudící se úřednice, které řešili své vaření apodobně. Dnes jsem pochopil proč se mohou tak beztarostně bavit při výběru ze zahraničního účtu 14 000 mne okradli o 62 Euro. Kurs 23,026 u Vietnamce je kurs 25,60. Strašná banka, před rekonstrukcí tam vše fungovalo, teď nefunguje nic. Korzující zaměstnanci, zoufale čekající i dva klienti, automat na lístky, který byl dříve šikovně u vchodu umístili na druhý konec místnosti co nejdále od vchodu a čekání a čekání, ostatně filosofie každé banky, vyhnat lidi od přepážek a dlouhé čekání asi zabírá....... Přede mnou byli tři klienti, ale prostě ruský milionář je mnohem lukrativnější klient, než studentka, která má u České konto už 10 let. Bravo! Začínám uvazovat o přechodu k jiné bance, protože toto byl opravdu hnus. Obzvlášť, když si na 40 minutové papírování mohli pozvat klienta do kanclu.
