Not very friendly staff, very self important/stuck-up. The gentleman behind the counter failed to safety check the firearm on two occasions while I was in the store. This is a major violation of gun safety principles and the store manager should be aware. Very surprising from a place that won’t let anyone even touch a firearm unless they have a license (they do not honor foreign licenses of any kind). I guess safety is not that important.

This place is always a must visit for me every time I happen to be in Prague. The shop is beautiful, with a higher emphasis on hunting (so if you're headed there for a tactical loadout, scurry along). I am a United States citizen, and despite all of the other reviews from people traveling abroad, I have ALWAYS got great customer service from the workers here. The key is to understand the cultural differences, Czech people are very direct (a trait that I like) and so if you come in there acting like an arrogant prick, they will treat you accordingly. My first couple of visits I spoke a bit too quickly and thought that they hated me, but they kind of used international hand gestures to ask me to slow down. After I slowed down, they were more than happy to dig out the parts I needed, and sell me what they legally could. As for the lady in the front, she may seem abrasive, but she's not. She took the tags off of one of my items, and I asked if I could keep the tag (was buying it for another friend in the states) and at first I thought she said no. Turns out she was saying she didn't understand, and when we cleared it up, she even reapplied the tag for me, insisting that she'll do it because it's her job. The fellows behind the gun counter usually will find me the one who speaks the best English and through creative hand gestures, and pointing out things, I can usually get what I need. The key is to not rush your words and be very patient and relaxed, if you try to rush them or give them lip, they're in their right to tell you to shove off. I have never asked to see a firearm, but I would understand if I cannot see it, as maybe the local laws prohibit unlicensed people from handling guns. (even if there wasn't a law, why would they want to risk marring or damaging their guns to let someone who they know will not buy it?) I already have plans to visit again next year when I visit the area. The displays are in beautiful wood and meticulously maintained! A+ from me, I do sometimes wish that they carried more Bren 805 parts, but I'm more than happy with what I can buy thus far.

Very disappointed the brand new gun I bought and customer service. Expected so much more from this worldwide company that has guns famous for their reliability. Bought a brand new Sharp Tail and within 10 rounds the safety mechanism and the forearm spring broke. Shipped it in for warranty repairs and learned that the gun could not be fixed and that they will be sending me a new gun... that was 71 days ago so 4-6 weeks turnaround time for warranty repairs is a joke - not a good one since I bought the gun to hunt with it and the season is almost done, and no one will give that back to me. Anyway, be aware, I'll make sure all my friends, family and members of the gun club are aware. Personally, I was about to buy few more things from CZ so now I guess Sig will benefit where CZ has failed miserably.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was looking for a 10 round CZ75 magazine and they looked through their stock to find the single one they had and even test fitted it before selling to me. Will visit the store again next time I am in Prague.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, well-lit displays and overall quality goods. Nice knife section as well with handmade sheaths.
