★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásně udržovaná, čistá nemocnice a přilehlá zeleň.
Bohužel mám jen okrajovou zkušenost jako návštěva, ale žádná velká negativa jsem nenašla.
Přetížený personál je všude a lidi si musí uvědomit, že budou čekat několik hodin na ošetření, když tam většina z nich do pohotovostní služby leze s věcmi, které má řešit praktik nebo poliklinika v běžné pracovní době.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Právě jsem se vrátila z týdenního léčení na oddělení nukleární medicíny, a mohu celý tento skvěle fungující kolektiv jen a jen chválit. Jak spodní ambulantní část, tak horní lůžková, je sehraný tým profesionálů, kterým nechybí ochota a empatie, člověk si tam ani nepřipadá jako v nemocnici, a navíc po nemoci, která už jenom při vyslovení vzbuzuje obavu. Chválím je všechny a i ty další “neviditelné”, bez kterých by to také nešlo. Nic mi u vás nechybělo, strava velmi dobrá a oproti mému minulému pobytu i druhově pestrá, všude čisto a útulno. Děkuji za léčení i nezaměnitelně krásný pocit uzdravení a přeji všem pacientům, aby byli stejně spokojeni jako já.
PS: večerní pohled z “mého” 5. patra byl úchvatný a také vskutku léčivý.
 I have just returned from a week's treatment in the nuclear medicine department, and I can only praise this whole well-functioning team. Both the lower outpatient department and the upper outpatient department are a well-coordinated team of professionals who do not lack willingness and empathy, you do not even feel like you are in a hospital, and moreover after an illness that only arouses concern when you are pronounced. I praise them all and the other "invisible", without whom it would not be possible. I didn't miss anything from you, the food is very good and, compared to my previous stay, also varied in species, clean and cozy everywhere. Thank you for the treatment and the unmistakably beautiful feeling of healing and I wish all patients to be as satisfied as I am.
PS: The evening view from "my" 5th floor was breathtaking and also truly healing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrageous. No one speaks English or German (not even basics), which proves to be extremely frustrating in case of an emergency. Interesting how one can go into the field of healthcare without even basic knowledge of a foreign language..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital lacking completely communication skills respect for dignity and compassion. Sadly I have opportunity to deal with this hospital where my mother has to be because of terminal illness. The attitude of the oncology doctor who care for her is beyond believe. Perhaps some training for people skills and how to deal with grieving relatives will be beneficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.
