I am very satisfied with the kindergarten. My daughter was halfway through another kindergarten and the adaptation failed completely. However, right during the first visit to this school, the daughter started playing with the teacher and her friendly approach to her worked. Subsequently, I can only thank you for the great approach of all the teachers in the school, for their patience, individual approach and even meeting the specific needs of my daughter, who has long been accustomed to new people, to new environments. Always greet her with a smile. They are always willing to share the child's behavior / activities during the day, which was important and important information for me in the beginning of the adaptation. Communication with the director is also excellent. I can only recommend the nursery.

For me, both the staff and the director and actually the whole DS is great! Our daughter is always looking forward to it and how many things she has already learned there. That's why I can't understand how someone can have a negative experience with this kindergarten.

I can't recommend this nursery. Everything went well until the baby started to take me off. The teacher, who by the way did not have a pedagogical education, refused to cooperate and demanded that I leave the child's diaper in kindergarten. My offspring started to be completely confused, unhappy, his pain hurt because he didn't want to pee. At home, he shouted that he didn't want Misa (the teacher's name), and we had to drop him off from kindergarten.

Very happy with the kindergarten where the son attended for 3 years. Pleasant environment, dear teacher. Regular English, kindergarten theater. Thanks to the whole team of teachers and nice children, the son is motivated, enjoys learning and going to school. We will be happy to mention the mount. 5 *

I am very sorry to leave this review, but as a mother I feel that I should warn other mothers from my experience with Monte Kids Prosek. My husband and I called several times to book a place for our child, because it is close to our home. We were originally told that the child must start walking. After he started walking, we were told that we could only marry him from the age of 18 months. After 18 months, we called again and the headmistress said you could bring him. We were advised to start a 30-minute adaptation every day. The first day after we picked up the baby, he was obviously crying all the time, it was his first day and he was 19 months old. They told us to bring him in again the next day for 30 minutes. My husband took him, and the next day they refused to take him, with the director's excuse that they no longer had a place because one child had returned. Of course we didn't believe it. We were warned by several friends that they did not want to take small children, but we still tried. Their approach, and especially on the part of the director, was very unprofessional and dragged us all year round in the hope that our child could start there from the age of 18 months. In the end, we were simply rejected because they did not want to accept small children who needed some time to adapt. Absolutely bad experience and I would recommend to mothers of children 18-19 months in Monte Kids not to hope, do not waste time with them like I will, in the end you will remain with a broken heart as I feel today. Totally not a good experience and I would recommend to mothers of kids 18-19 months not to even hope for Monte Kids, don't waste your time with them same as i did, you will be left broken hearted in the end same as I feel today. I declare in advance that my review does not concern the performance of the teachers in the operation of the DS, but the actions of the director, Mrs. Vacková. The headmistress released our child's personal information against our will. This contradicts current GDPR legislation. At first, she did not respond to the removal request. She responded to another request by trying to coerce her, trying to "exchange" the withdrawal of our descendant's personal data for deleting a negative review of this child group. Except for the third call, associated with the warning that the next step will be a complaint to the Office, deleted our child's personal data. The director did not even apologize for her actions, which I personally consider to be at least unprofessional. What worries me most is that in this way she misused the child's data, which she cannot defend herself. If, in response to this review, someone tries to challenge my claim, I can say that I have everything carefully documented. The whole communication took place in the form of e-mails.
