R	Robert Kvapil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prazdna pobocka a cekame 15 min.. Zamestnankyne si resi nejakou svoji agendu. Vyvolavaci system k nicemu. U bankerky se pak vse doresilo skoro bez komplikaci. O era uctech toho moc nevedi. Waiting for the office and waiting 15 minutes. Employees solve some of their agenda. The call system is useless. The banker then everything doresilo almost without complications. They don't know much about era accounts.

Už tu pobočku snad radši zavřete napořád. Very long waiting time. For the second time, there is only one counter in operation and 6 people are waiting here. M	Michaela Hrášková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prvně jsem navštívila pobočku u Kauflandu, kde jsem viděla, ze je přede mnou par lidi, řekla jsem si oka počkám. Bankerka po 20min přišla a ptala se, co potřebuji, řekla jsem zrušit stavební spoření. Na to mi odpověděla, ze se omlouvá, ze tu má plno Ukrajinců na nové účty a ze musím přijít jindy nebo se objednat. Omluvila jsem se, ze se nemůžu objednat z časových pracovních důvodu. Tak mi poradila přijít jindy, ze je to na dvě hodiny. Další týden na to jsem byla v druhe pobočce, vzala jsem si lísteček na stavební spoření. Paní si me hned zavolala a ptala se co ohledně stavebka potřebuji. Když se dozvěděla, ze zrušit, omluvila se, ze to nedělá a volala kolegovi, aby to přišel zrušit a ať chvíli počkám. Kolega nepřišel, pani mi po 15min sdělila, ze mám jít vedle přímo na kancelář specializovanou stavebka. Šla jsem a hned se obrátila a odešla, jelikoz tam bylo zavreno. Dalsi týden na potřetí se konecne vydarilo a díky bohu pani byla sympatická, popovidaly jsme si, řekla mi podmínky atd. Řekla jsem ji svůj příběh o zrušení, pani se zasmala a řekla mi, ze ji to nepřekvapuje, ze se jim to dělat nechce. Chapu, není to pro ne žádný obchod. The next week I was in the second branch, I took a ticket for building savings. The lady immediately called me and asked what I needed about the building. When she learned to cancel, she apologized for not doing so and called a colleague to come cancel and let me wait a while. A colleague did not come, the lady told me after 15 minutes that I should go next to the office, a specialized construction site. I went and immediately turned and left because it was locked up there. The next week for the third time was finally successful and thank God the lady was nice, we talked, told me the conditions, etc. I told her my story of cancellation, the lady laughed and told me that it didn't surprise her that they didn't want to do it. Chap, it's no business for them.
