První rok normální a teď, fixní tarif mi byl zrušen a nárůst záloh o 300% už se chystám na pobočku s výpovědí a rád jim nechám i těch 8000 z 10000 co jsem měl přeplatek. Infolinka nefunguje tak jsem zvědav jak dopadne mail který jsem dnes poslal. Well, I got it. Porušení smlouvy a taky nezájem vrátit přeplatek klientovi dlouho po termínu to je vizitka ČED-u. ???? I have never experienced such irresponsible behavior and ignorant attitude towards my clients! První rok vyúčtování šok nedoplatek 27000,- Teď přijde dopis s novými zálohami ze 7500,- zvýšení na 26320,- dobytci. Dovolat se je absolutně nereálné a když už po týdnu zavolají zpět tak totální arogance a ten jejich mail o co poslali o zdražení v tom aby se prase vyznalo. Skvělé jednaní a opravdu nenápadné že to důležité je napsané tak miniaturním písmem že to člověk bez lupy nepřečte. Normální bezpáteřní hyeny, pryč od nich!!!!!!! Disgust!!!! Ten nám tuto zkutecnost zatím neoznamil, ani neprovedl vyúčtování navysenych záloh o 300%..... Today, ČEZ announced to me that it was taking over us as a supplier because ČED had ceased operations. K	Karel Kolísek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chápu, že je to částečně dobou, ale o o zákazníka je třeba pečovat. Ve chvíli, kdy příjde taková změna, jako je v cenách v současnosti o to více. Převzal jsem dopis o změně podmínek smlouvy cca 2 týdy před nabytím účinnosti změny. Již druhý týden se snažím o změně podmínek jednat a připomínkovat je. Na zprávy posílané cestou formuláře na domovské strance dodavatele nikdo nereaguje vzdor tomu, že jsou kontaktní údaje řádně vyplněny. Teleton na infolince nikdo nezvedá. V takovémto případě nemohou počítat se zaplacením penále při odstopení od smlouvy. I understand that this is partly a time, but the customer needs to be taken care of. J	Jakub Hlaváč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak psaly jiní bez žádného upozornění nám navýšily zálohy a ani po měsíci telefonování a domlouvani kdy mě ujistovaly že my přeplatek za plyn pošlou složenkou jak mám ve smlouvě my nakonec přeplatek předvedly do záloh na další měsíc a to prosinec. Upozorňuji že přeplatek je po měsíčním prodlení splatnosti a vůbec je nezajímá že je člověk potřebuje, ale navýšení záloh to ti kabrnaci dokázali během 5 minut. Po dnesnim rozhovoru s operátorem, kdy mi bylo řečeno pokud já nezaplatim to určeného termínu tak mohu očekávat penále. Po dvou měsících jsem dostal nové zálohy. Paradox je ze první email mi přišel 18.11. a na dopise bylo napsáno vystaveno 22.10. druhý email 9.12. a opět ana dopise vystaveno 22.10. Jak je možné že můžou antidatovat dopisy a stále to není porušení podmínek. A hlavně nevědí co dělá práva a levá ruka. Jedná operatorka v emailu imi píše že nemusím platit za listopad plyn a druha z pohledávek volá jestli nezaplatim tak dostanu pokutu. Když teda pošlu inkaso ta jejich určené částky tak se mi vrátí 3x a pak pošlou výzvu o zaplacení a bombarduji SMS o urgentnim zaplacení. Nevzaly mi ani platbu za prosinec, tak čekám upomínku. How is it possible that they can backdate letters and it is still not a violation of the terms. And most importantly, they don't know what the rights and the left hand are doing. One operator writes to them in the email that I do not have to pay for November's gas and the other of the receivables calls if I do not pay so I get a fine. So if I send the collection and their specified amounts, they will return to me 3 times and then they will send a request for payment and I will bomb the SMS for urgent payment. They didn't even take my payment for December, so I'm waiting for a reminder.
V	Vysla 1404 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stále nám nevrátili přeplatky z vyúčtovacích faktur. Telefon nikdo nebere, na emaily neodpovídají. Největší podvodníci, se kterými jsem se setkala. Jen lhaní, vyhrožování a zmatek. Chybami se člověk učí, tihle mě poučili tedy opravdu dost, veliká chyba nechat se chytit na háček takovýmto podvodníkům .... Splatnost do 24.12.2021. Kde je ten přeplatek??? Vyhrožujete pokud zákazník nedodrží lhůtu pokuty 500 sankce. A Vy?? Předáme to právnímu zástupci.
