★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální oprava. Nedoporučuji. Jediné pozitivní bylo snad jen rychlost opravy. Jinak zde radši nic nedávat. Nebo se vám zboží podle servisu samo pokazí.
 Non-professional repair. I do not recommend. Perhaps the only positive was the speed of repair. Otherwise you better not put anything here. Or, according to the service, the goods will spoil themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemají zájem o pozáruční opravy. U tiskárny budou tvrdit že jste použili neoriginální toner. Této firmě se vyhněte velkým obloukem. Tiskárnu jsem si nechal opravit jinde.
They are not interested in post-warranty repairs. The printer will claim that you used non-genuine toner. Avoid this business with a big arc. I had the printer repaired elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jsem byl dát PC jen s tím, že tam chci namontovat nový zdroj, jelikož ten můj už byl starý. Po pár hodinách, co jsem jim PC s novým mým koupeným zdrojem nechal, mi zavolali, že mám mrtvou základní desku, i když jsem předchozí den na PC normálně fungoval. Tak mi začali tvrdit, že jsem mohl rozbít při přepravě, i když to k nim mám 5 minut. Musel jsem teda objednávat novou základní desku. Další den mi ale zavolali s tím, že všechno funguje a nový zdroj je namontovaný.
Tento servis absolutně nedoporučuji, nejhorší ve Zlínském kraji. Měli by to zavřít.
I was to put the PC into service only with the fact that I want to install a new power supply there, because mine was already old. After a few hours of leaving the PC with my new power supply, they called me to say that I had a dead motherboard, even though I had been working normally on the PC the day before. So they started telling me that I could break during transport, even though I have 5 minutes to get to them. So I had to order a new motherboard. The next day, however, they called me and said that everything was working and the new source was installed.
I absolutely do not recommend this service, the worst in the Zlín region. They should close it.

Jednoduše a stručně - donesl jsem Apple MacBook Pro FUNKČNÍ na pozáruční servis klávesnice (autorizovaný servis, který byl dle polohy nejblíže) a byl mi vrácen NEFUNKČNÍ přístroj s tím, že mám za opravu zaplatit 23 000 Kč, jinak nemají co dodat a mohu si maximálně vyzvednout nefunkční Mac.
Takže podle mého názoru poškodí přístroj a pak arogantně chcou zaplatit za svoje služby. Po zavolání majitele opravny jsem byl ješte slovně uražen.
Prosím opravdu nikdy!!!

Simply and concisely - I brought an Apple MacBook Pro FUNCTIONAL for post-warranty keyboard service (authorized service, which was closest to the location) and I was returned a NON-FUNCTIONAL device with the proviso that I have to pay CZK 23,000 for repairs, otherwise they have nothing to add and I can pick up a broken mac.
So in my opinion, they damage the device and then they arrogantly want to pay for their services. After calling the owner of the repair shop, I was still verbally insulted.
Please really never !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem vyměnit baterii u iPhone 12 mini (samotná výměna baterie u nových iPhone je od Apple kapitola sama pro sebe, o to horší to je, pokud je Český servis jediný autorizovaný servis Apple ve zlínském kraji). Nejprve vstřícnost a objednání ihned na druhý den s tím, že oprava bude stát s expresním příplatkem 2400,-. Na místě pak nečekané nemilé překvapení při oznámení, že cena je 2400,- ovšem za samotnou výměnu baterie (Apple na svých oficiálních stránkách uvádí 1890,-) a k tomu 800,- příplatek za expresní výměnu. Tedy celkově 3200,- za pouhou výměnu baterie (dle servisu práce na cca 30 minut).
Jak je tedy možné, že Apple uvádí na svém oficiálním webu cenu 1890,- ovšem jejich autorizovaný servis pracuje se základní cenou o 500,- vyšší?! K tomu navíc expresní příplatek za 30 minutovou práci 800,-?!
Na vzdory tomu, že jsem si musel vzít kvůli cestě do Zlína v práci dovolenou (mají otevřeno pouze do 15 hodin a já jsem ze Vsetína), tak jsem servis odmítnul neboť nehodlám podporovat zloděje.
Podotýkám, že nemám nikdy ve zvyku sdílet své zkušenosti na internetu, ovšem co je moc je příliš. Jsem si také vědom, že výtka by měla jít spíše přímo směrem ke společnosti Apple, která má extrémně přísné podmínky pro servis těchto zařízení ve velmi omezené síti, ovšem ani tu si nezvládne ohlídat.
I needed to replace the battery in the iPhone 12 mini (the actual replacement of the battery in the new iPhones is a chapter in itself from Apple, it is even worse if the Czech Service is the only authorized Apple service in the Zlín region). First helpfulness and ordering the next day with the understanding that the repair will cost an express surcharge of 2400, -. On the spot, an unexpected unpleasant surprise when announcing that the price is 2400, - but for the battery replacement itself (Apple states 1890, -) on its official website, and 800, - surcharge for express exchange. So a total of 3200, - for just replacing the battery (according to the work service for about 30 minutes).
So how is it possible that Apple lists the price of 1890 on its official website, - but their authorized service works with a base price of 500 higher ?! In addition, an express surcharge for 30 minutes of work 800, - ?!
Despite the fact that I had to take a vacation to work because of my trip to Zlín (they are only open until 3 pm and I am from Vsetín), I refused the service because I do not intend to support thieves.
I note that I am never in the habit of sharing my experience on the Internet, but what is too much is too much. I am also aware that the complaint should go directly to Apple, which has extremely strict conditions for servicing these devices in a very limited network, but it cannot manage to look after it either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of analyzing a problem, they blindly send the phone to apple Servis which declined any warranty repair due to expectation that the problem MAY have arise from a fall. In the end it was only dirt... no comments how to make money without doing anything!
