★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poněkud zvláštně fungující firma, resp. jejich pobočka v Č. Budějovicích. Byl odeslán email s požadavkem na možnou výměnu baterie do mobilu a byli uvedeny podmínky výměny, tedy, že požaduji výhradně originální baterii k danému mobilu a zároveň s dotazem na cenu servisu. Mělo by jít o autorizovaný servis firmy Huawei, tudíž by to měla být samozřejmost, přesto jsem však raději uvedl do emailu, abych měl písemně potvrzeno, že jsem je na to upozornil. ( už jsem se setkal s tím, že jsem volal do úplně jiné firmy, kde jsem jim řekl, že budu požadovat orig. baterii, tak mi sdělili, že ano, že určitě není problém. Pak, když jsem jim napsal oficiální žádost se zdůrazněním, že baterie musí byt originální, aby mi písemně v mailu potvrdili, že skutečně orig. produkt mají, tak odepsali, že se omlouvají, ale orig. baterku nemají a že mi tam mohou dát neoriginální, ale prý kvalitní. Tudíž v telefonu sdělili jinou informaci, než když pak měli oficiálně potvrdit v mailu ). Po této zkušenosti tedy si nechávám potvrdit písemně, že použijí orig. díl. Stějně jsem tedy napsal i firmě Český servis a.s. Tato firma pro jistotu neodpověděla vůbec, ani přes urgenci. Tudíž autorizovaný servis firmy Huawei funguje velice zvláštně, ačkoliv mi bylo potvrzeno přečtení emailu. Samozřejmě zpětnou vazbu předám i společnosti Huawei, neboť s takovýmto přístupem rozhodně nejsem spokojen.
