Bezmála tři měsíce řeší mé podání týkající se více než 6 pochybení, kterých se dopustil mobilní operátor T-Mobile při poskytování služeb a nevyřízení reklamace mobilním operátorem. Výsledkem je rozhodnutí ve smyslu "Operátor se sice asi dopustil několika pochybení a Vás ohledně vyřízení reklamace asi nekontaktoval, ale to je vlastně v pořádku. Nebojte, žádnou sankci mu neudělíme a vlastně se nic neděje. Nelíbí se Vám to - obraťte se na soud". Zcela zbytečné 3 měsíce dopisování. Tuto organizaci nikomu nedoporučuji.
For me, total dissatisfaction with this organization. For almost three months, I have been dealing with my submission regarding more than 6 misconducts committed by the mobile operator T-Mobile in the provision of services and the failure of a mobile operator to settle a claim. The result is a decision in the sense of "Although the operator may have committed a few errors and you probably did not contact you to handle the complaint, but it is actually okay. . Quite unnecessary 3 months of correspondence. I do not recommend this organization to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skodliva zkorumpovana organizace. Chrani mobilni trh pred vstupem konkurence a tim zajistuje jedny z nejdrazsich tel. sluzeb na svete. V kdejake rozvojove zemi je situace lepsi. Podileji se na okradani obcanu CR.
Harmful corrupt organization. It protects the mobile market from the entry of competition and thus provides one of the most expensive telephone services in the world. The situation is better in any developing country. I am involved in the robbery of a CR citizen.
