V evidenci Klubu českých turistů má trasa číslo 0401. Ve většině trasy je vybavena jak českými směrovkami se vzdálenostmi v kilometrech, tak polskými směrovkami se vzdálenostmi v hodinách. Byla zřízena pod názvem Cesta československo-polského přátelství (pol. Droga Przyjaźni Polsko-Czechosłowackiej) v roce 1962 po uzavření mezinárodní smlouvy. Od roku 1981, po vyhlášení výjimečného stavu v Polsku byl volný přechod hranic na této cestě několik let uzavřen a turisté z obou stran hranic nesměli vstoupit na území druhého. Řada úseků Cesty československo-polského přátelství byla zaslepena nebo zcela uzavřena. V prvních měsících výjimečného stavu se dokonce nesmělo vstupovat na území druhého státu ani na Sněžce, která byla v ose státní hranice rozdělena provazem a zakázána jakákoliv komunikace s osobami na druhé straně. R	Ra Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pekna hrebenova trasa. Chodime od Spindlerovky k Ceske boude a potom dolu na Labskou. Uzasne vyhledy. Na vsechny strany. Very nice ridge route. We walk from Spindlerovka to Ceska bouda and then down to Labská. Amazing views. On all sides.
I	Inna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný a nenáročný výlet po hřebenovce. Na tůru jsme se vydali za mlhavého a deštivého počasí, takže jsme se potkávali s minimem turistů. Dívčí a Mužské kameny, nádherné Sněžné jámy, Pančavský vodopád. Vše impozantní. A beautiful and undemanding trip along the ridge. We went on the hike in foggy and rainy weather, so we met a minimum of tourists. Girl's and Men's Stones, beautiful snow pits, Pančavský waterfall. Everything impressive.
