★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovolenou v Bašce Vodě jsme si dost užili, nikoli však zásluhou Amálkatour. Počasí vyšlo a moře bylo krásné. Horší už to bylo se službami Amálkatour na místě. Nejhorší dojem na nás učinila paní delegátka na Dianě - byla neochotná, organizačně neschopná, zcela neprofesionální – jednoznačně nejhorší delegátka, s jakou jsem se během let cestování kdy setkala.
Naopak je třeba velmi pochválit dopravce – pana Korandu, resp. oba řidiče. Byli velmi ochotní, příjemní a cesta proběhla rychle a bezpečně.

We enjoyed our holiday in Baška Voda, but not thanks to Amálkatour. The weather came out and the sea was beautiful. It was worse with the Amálkatour services on the spot. The worst impression on us was the delegate in Diana - she was unwilling, organizationally incapable, completely unprofessional - clearly the worst delegate I had ever met in my travel years.
On the contrary, the carrier - Mr. Koranda, resp. both drivers. They were very helpful, pleasant and the journey went quickly and safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prijemna mala cestovka, vetsinou se potkate primo s pani majitelkou. Ta se vzdy snazi zakaznikovi vyjít vstric, nebo najit vhodnou variantu. Vse je o domluve. Skoda jen, ze nabizeji malo lokalit v HR (specializuji se zejmena na HR).
Nice traveler, mostly meet directly with the owner. It always tries to get the customer out or to find a suitable variant. It's all about agreement. It's just that we offer a few sites in HR (I specialize especially in HR).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šílenost cesta do Baška Voda šílená než SME se dostali z Čech milion zastávek s nastupy.To by člověk snad pochopil, ubytovani ve Sněžaně záživné propadlá postel vystlaná dekou při každým pohybu rána péra jako blázen při vstupu na rádoby uklizený pokoj hnus vlasy prach kamínky dokonce na zemi i kapesník, lednice na pokoji plesnivá no hrozný. Paní delegátka hodná ale celkově zmatená, tím pádem i informace od ní. A pak jsme okusili kuchyň v Amálce nohnus největšího kalibru jídlo celý týden na stejné brdo stejné maso taková ta prasárna ráno párek k večeři byl v polévce. Opravdu hnusnější gastronomii sem nezažila a snídaně formou bufetu? No hrůza máslo na příděl žádný syr jen obyčejný tavený vše značky ARO no tragédie. Z tohoto důvodu se těšíme domu. Jinak v Baška Voda nádhera.
