Personál je ochotný, poradí a snaží se vyjít zákazníkovi vždy vstříc. Navíc má paní za pultem i velmi dobrý přehled o nabízených destinacích, což není také k zahození. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cestovni kancelar jako takova me zklamala!,jeli jsme pres ni na dovolenou do Italie a suprove na ni bylo pouze more..Cesta strasna,pani nam rekla,ze vyjedeme od nas z Usti nad Labem a vystoupime primo v Italii Rosolina Mare a nakonec jsme prestupovali 3krat;z toho 1jsme 3h.cekali na pripoj jineho autobusu a jeste s nefungujici klimatizaci,jeli jsme ja tehotna,mamka a ma 6leta dcera;tak to opravdu bodlo!,potom na pokoji bez klimatizace;kdy nam az v den odjezdu rekli,ze jsme si ji meli nejprve zaplatit,ale jelikoz ubytovani nejlevnejsi nebylo,predpokladali jsme;ze uz bude v cene,no a dalsi vec cesta k mori od apartmanu;pani v cestovce nam rekla,ze je pouhych 150metru,delegatka,ze 350metru a nakonec z toho byl cely dlouhy 1km.Cesta zpatky byla sice lepsi,ale opet jsme prestupovali,i kdyz 'jen, 2krat a s 1h.cekanim v Praze;ale prestupovali.
Takze vim,ze uz pres tuto cestovku nee!!!!
Travel agency as such disappointed me!, We went through it on holiday to Italy and super on it was only more..The journey, my lady told us that we leave from Usti nad Labem and get off directly in Italy Rosolina Mare and finally we we were waiting for another bus and still with non-working air conditioner, we went pregnant, mum and my 6-year-old daughter, so it really stabbed!, then in the room without air conditioning, when they told us on the day of departure, that we had to pay it first, but because the accommodation was not the cheapest, we assumed that it will be included, but another thing the way to the sea from the apartment, the lady in the traveler told us it is only 150 meters, delegate, 350 meters and finally out of which the whole was 1km long. The way back was better, but again we crossed, even if only 2 times and with 1h.cekanim in Prague;
So I know that through this travel no !!!
