We were with this tourist in Krakow to the Advent markets. Overall, the path and the driver fine. But we had 4 hours of free time in Krakow, which, frankly, was really low, they drove us at 4pm still in the light, so we didn't experience the Christmas lights and the atmosphere. The guide Eva left without a half of the tour, when the driver warned us that she had gone and her interpretation was chaotic. Overall disappointment for us.

We were with the travel agency for the first time this year and I can say that we were very satisfied with both the accommodation and the services. Drivers are absolutely professional. We were on vacation in term (2 -12.8) we drove a double-decker bus. Please say a lot of praise to the drivers.

I drove through this travel agency for the first and last time. We were now on vacation in Croatia. We had booked a room with a private loggia and sea views, it was also written that I can buy dinner and that the room has a kitchenette. Already when ordering, I was told that dinner could not be bought even though they had it written, but it didn't matter at all. We arrived in Croatia and there were no signs for accommodation. So I called the delegate who immediately led me and told us where we could stay. Upon arrival in the room, we found that there is no balcony or loggia there and no sea view at all. So I immediately called the travel agency to demand a refund or a refund, and the travel agency resisted that no one had promised me any loggia or sea view. I took pictures of the emails and sent the travelers that they promised me and that I wanted to solve it somehow. And the solution from the travel agency was that it was my fault that I did not write the request in the contract and that I could only use the common loggia and dry the laundry on a dryer in the hallway among the other rooms. They also wrote to me that when I ordered accommodation it was free, but that they gave the room to another family with a child and that they would not give me another room because everything is occupied. Fortunately, a pleasant delegate arrived who immediately offered us another room in the same building with a balcony but no sea view and no kitchen, so we took at least this one. In any case, the experience with this travel agency does not deserve a single star.

For me, the best holiday in Croatia in terms of service, the trip was great, the drivers really professional, great buses (we had the Setra S 517 HD bus), I definitely recommend if next time to Croatia only with Wallachia.
