I am a long-term client of a travel agency. Already last year, I brought a new customer on the road, and because we go to a mobile home, I wanted to make sure that our two families would live next to each other. I was quite surprised that they wanted 500 CZK from me for each family. I do not think that the office is interested in retaining its clients, because they should offer this service automatically and for free. Another surprise of mine was when I asked for a discount of CZK 200 after our assistance for the fact that we ride with them every year. I was told that they had run into the customer card system since last year, and since I had not purchased the cards until the trip deposit was paid, I am therefore not entitled to anything. In today's computer age, paper cards surprised me a lot.

The journey to Krk by bus took 16 hours! That means 6 to 7 hours longer than stated in the catalog and by the seller personally when buying a trip. (By car the journey takes 7 hours.) No one informed about the change of the route beforehand, because of low occupancy CK was distributing clients all over Istria before the bus departed for Krk. We noticed the change while driving. Apology CK none. False sales information regarding transportation and comfort of accommodation. Never again with this CK, next time on your own. NEDOPORUČUJI !!!

We would like to share with you your experience with CK Victoria this way, as you can't write a review anywhere. place of residence: Živogošče - camp Dole, Croatia, July 2020 type of accommodation: mobile home + Nice surroundings and clear water - Terrible communication with a delegate from CK Victoria, whose willingness is equal to zero. Immediately upon arrival, when we wanted to change the bedding of the mattress on which we had to sleep, because it is contaminated with urine. Without any apology or explanation, we were told that they would not replace the mattress. And we're not the only ones complaining about him. Fortunately, in the end, at least we washed the mattress cover. The cleanliness of the accommodation was sad - the crumpled floor, the tufts of dust under the bed, and the sofa looked as if it had never been cleaned. Ants in the fridge. And for the large amount one has to pay, it is quite embarrassing that there is no toilet paper and soap. And now, at the time of coronavirus, they did not even give a disinfectant. The overall rating of CK Victoria is insufficient. We do not recommend at all.

I must say that communication with the call center is "amazing". Price at the camp, accommodation in Mobile Homes (allegedly) from CZK 6,590. I tell you in advance that you will not get that price. But in turn. When you give a calculation at once, "from CZK 6,590" becomes CZK 9,590. When I asked the lady in the call center about it, I said I get a discount of CZK 1,000 for my own transport. I still think and I am still convinced that 9.590, -CZK without 1.000, -CZK is 8.590, -CZK and not 6.590, -CZK. But so be it. The lady will explain to me that this is the price for a fully occupied mobile home (MH). I replied that there are four of us, so we fully occupied MH. Miss for that, but because we have a child for free, we only pay three. I answer her that in those three I will almost completely pay the fourth child allegedly for free (4 x 6.590 = 26.360, -CZK vs x 8.590 = 25.770, -CZK), so that child for free costs me 9,000 CZK The total price after all mandatory surcharges is more than CZK 34,000. And the discount of CZK 1,000 for your own transport (per paying person) is three thousand, but if you pay mandatory parking in the camp for CZK 2,100, then the CZK 1,000 is suddenly CZK 300. For a moment I tried to explain to the lady that this is not how business should be done. But after a while, I realized that she was not there to solve the problem of potential clients, but only as a folded board that goes around and around. ******************************* So I finally bought another trip, supposedly just as convenient. The delegate here in the camp is absolutely excellent and completely overshadows the girls in the call center who know nothing at all. Unfortunately, the call center is just good for paying. You will not find specific information about the trip there. We communicated with the Miss Delegate from the Czech Republic and it was decided. In the end, although very disappointed with the communication with the call center, I give 4 *. Everything went well, as we agreed. If we go again next time, I will definitely not call the call center
