Absolutely the worst experience with a furniture company. If you want a professional job, I recommend, for example, the company Amos Design or Truhlářství Vaněček. During the entire existence of our company, we have implemented several large projects, including the project of a clinic in Prague 1, with which we cooperated with Cetecho s.r.o. From the beginning to the course of implementation the problems themselves. Subsequent failure to resolve complaints. Approximately 20 joinery products were ordered at a total price of around CZK 3 million. It didn't happen that they didn't have to take the furniture back, because they either swapped the material, swapped the drawing documentation, and measured something wrong. Absolute chaos without project management leadership. The result of their work is about 12 absolutely unusable doors which they have not repaired to date, they have not responded to the complaint. The construction company, architects and other participants in the construction said that they had never experienced such poorly executed, "flaked" furniture. Delivery delay by 7 months. Furniture damaged, inaccurately measured, does not fit. Some elements were repaired 3-4 times - even after repeated delivery, the furniture did not fit in the given place, it was badly measured, etc. Subsequently, everything had to be serviced by another carpentry company, as they were unable to solve repairs and in the end did not even respond. I would like to share detailed photos from this realization, just write us an e-mail. Really the worst cooperation I have experienced in business in 10 years. Today, after 2 years, this furniture is suitable for disassembly, disposal and ordering a new one for several million. The biggest joke now after 2 years when the warranty has expired and they demand payment of 2 invoices without any discount and with interest on arrears (they didn't even give us one of the given invoices, they didn't send anything as a reminder). They simply waited for the warranty period to expire so that they would not have to deal with warranties and then invoiced everything without our consent. No comment. Complaints of all doors 18.1.2018 - complaints accepted, Cetecho does not respond to this day, it has not corrected the defects. If you go to buy kitchenettes in "Asko furniture" you will have better quality furniture than from CETECHO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
