★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super služba, potřebovali jsme průkazové fotografie, poslal jsem fotku e-mailem za půl hodiny jsem si vyzvedl fotky v pytlíku.Doporučuji.
 Super service, we needed ID photos, I sent the photo by e-mail in half an hour I picked up the photos in a bag. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesný způsob chování obsluhy. Po slušně položené dotazu mi bylo odseknuto, že snad kvalitu fotek z kiosku vidím na ukázkových fotkách a co víc bych chtěl. 1 hvězdu dávám za solidní kvalitu tisku a rychlost vyřízení. Pokud je tohle standardní chování, tak děkuji, ale příště už nepřijdu.
Absolutely appalling behavior of the operator. After a decent question, I was told that perhaps I see the quality of photos from the kiosk in the sample photos and what more I would like. I give 1 star for solid print quality and processing speed. If this is standard behavior, thank you, but I won't come next time.

takže dneska 2.9.2019 asi v poledne, jsem si nechal udělat pasové fotografie a příjemná paní se mne dokonce snažila udělat hezčím než jsem. Takže za mne OK a díky. Vše rychle a jednoduše.
I read contradictory reviews and concluded that this was a particular staff problem.
so today 2.9.2009 at about noon, I had my passport photos taken and the nice lady even tried to make me nicer than I was. So for me OK and thanks. All fast and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I went there almost a half hour before closing, but the lady was not there, the sign said, she will be back by 8:45. This is of course not a problem, I went back at 45 and started using the printer. She didn't ask if she can help even though she saw I was not really confident. After 3 minutes, so exactly at 8:48 she looked at her watch and said in an absolutely rude manner:
'If you want to print, do it now because I have to turn off the printers in 5 minutes.'
What is this approach?? I could have easily printed my photos if she helped instead of rushing me. I left immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my time there. Sara was very nice with me and clients too. I like how the shop is decorated and I think the size of the shop is how it should be. I realized that many customers were families, teenagers and couples, and the products they usually sell the most are the instant photo machines and the ID photo service, which are in a very good conditions. In the other hand, Sara told me that some busy customers brings to the shop their photos and they just let the shop assistants to make their photobooks. On my opinion, is a good idea, but I think that maybe it should exist some policy, maybe some extra price that goes directly to the shop assistant responsible of that photobook, that recompense the extra work of the shop assistants and motivate them to make a better effort in the creative process. Everyone agrees now’s policy but if I was them, I’d do my work better and it wouldn’t feel so ponderous to make.
