Smaller shop, but very positively evaluate the professional staff, in my case, especially Miss temporary worker, who was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejnu jsem navštívil kvůli vyzvednutí fotografií 6. 10. 2020 v cca 14:00. Pán na prodejně byl, slušně řečeno, velice nepříjemný a jeho komentáře byly naprosto nemístné. Podobně se choval i k paní důchodového věku, která prosila o pomoc s „automatem“ na vyvolání fotek.
Nejenže při první pokusu byly fotografie dodány v zásilce, která skončila na prodejně v Praze, u naprosto cizího člověka, a to včetně osobních informací, ale poté ještě toto.
Zřejmě moje první a poslední zkušenost s FOTOLABem.
I visited the store to pick up the photos on October 6, 2020 at about 2:00 p.m. The gentleman in the store was, politely speaking, very unpleasant and his comments were completely out of place. He behaved similarly to a lady of retirement age, who asked for help with a "vending machine" for retrieving photos.
Not only on the first attempt, the photos were delivered in a shipment that ended up in a store in Prague, to a completely stranger, including personal information, but then this.
Probably my first and last experience with FOTOLAB.
