★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "U nás si můžete být jistí, že se zafixovaná cena nezmění. Jsme férový dodavatel, který dohody dodržuje." takhle to zní na stránce ČEZ, ale dostal jsem dopis že od 1. ledna se vše zdraží i když mám fixní sazbu na dobu neurčitou.
Na pobočce v Karlových Varech absolutně neprofesionální personál. Odpověď na každou otázku zněla od pracovníci "nevím" nebo "já se v tom nevyznám".
"With us, you can be sure that the fixed price will not change. We are a fair supplier who adheres to the agreements." This is how it sounds on CEZ's website, but I received a letter that everything will become more expensive from January 1, even though I have a fixed rate for an indefinite period.
Absolutely non-professional staff at the branch in Karlovy Vary. The answer to every question was from "I don't know" or "I don't know about it".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostředí nové, pěkné a příjemné. Zaměstnanci příjemní i přes nápor, který teď zažívají díky společnosti ukončující svoje dodávky energií a tisícům klientů v DPI. Ochotně vše vysvětlují sepisují a nekonečné masy lidí se snaží zvládat vstřísně a se ctí.
Až na tu čekací dobu, jelikož jsou pobočky zahlceny lidmi.
Environment new, nice and pleasant. Employees are pleasant despite the onslaught they are now experiencing thanks to the company ending its energy supply and thousands of clients in DPI. They are willing to explain everything, and the endless masses of people are trying to manage it in a timely and honorable manner.
Except for the waiting time, as the branches are overwhelmed with people.

The lady was helpful and helped with everything I needed, I can't complain and I have to commend for the simplified ticket, the last one was terrible.
