★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám nejvyšší hodnocení i když jsem čekal asi hodinu. Částí na chodníku, částí uvnitř budovy. Vyvolávání klientů funguje skvěle a je ohledůplné k slabozrakým. Obsazena byla všechna pracovní místa. Zaměstnanci se ochotně snažili řešit problémy, které ČEZ, jako DPI, nezavinil.
 I give the highest rating even though I waited for about an hour. Parts on the sidewalk, parts inside the building. Calling clients works great and is considerate of the visually impaired. All jobs were filled. The employees willingly tried to solve problems that ČEZ, such as DPI, did not cause.

Instead of prioritizing existing customers, they take new ones on the waiting list. I don't know why they still deal with call center services at the branch?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál sice obvykle milý, ale bohužel se nedá říci, že by vždy poskytl všechny potřebné informace a pak nezbývá než tam jít znovu..
The staff is usually nice, but unfortunately it cannot be said that they would always provide all the necessary information and then there is no choice but to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po elegantním podrazu od Bohemia energy se zafixováním energií, jsem byl nucen změnit dodavatele. Zaměstnanci ČEZ jak v call centru tak na pobočce byli ochotní takže vše proběhlo v pohodě. Doufám, že i další spolupráce bude v tomto duchu.
After an elegant trip from Bohemia energy with fixing energies, I was forced to change suppliers. CEZ employees both in the call center and at the branch were willing, so everything went well. I hope that further cooperation will be in this spirit.
