Absolutely not recommended, unreliable company, outages x times a day and through the cable, unreliable technicians, appalling services. Speed is falling and not stable, internet from amateurs ....

Constant outages. There was a technician here 14 days ago and again the internet can't be used for 3 days. I'm done with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, jestli vůbec dávat tu jednu hvězdičku. Internet je ''stabilní a rychlý'' asi jako moje ponožky. U vás mám internet přes 4 roky, poslední 2 však neustálé problémy. Buďto výpadky každé 2 minuty, nebo odevza průměr 150 ms, a nebo každých 5-10 minut ''výstřely'' na 1500-2000ms. Vždy kontakt na CC, samozřejmě řešení s techniky, problém sice vyřeší, ale asi tak na dva dny. za dva dny se to opakuje. Nespočet telefonátů na CC, a neustále se problémy opakují. Za poslední dva roky jsem velmi nespokojený, nemá to smysl. Výhradně nedoporučuji.
I don't know if to give that one star at all. The internet is '' stable and fast '' like my socks. I have had internet for you for over 4 years, but the last 2 are constant problems. Either outages every 2 minutes, or delivers an average of 150 ms, or every 5-10 minutes '' shots '' at 1500-2000ms. Always contacting CC, of course a solution with technicians, will solve the problem, but for about two days. it will be repeated in two days. Countless phone calls to CC, and the problems keep recurring. I've been very dissatisfied for the last two years, it doesn't make sense. I do not exclusively recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší připojení které může být nedoporučuji nikomu výpadky jsou časté a když potřebujete pomoc nepomohou horšího poskytovatele sem ještě nezažil. Plus si udělaly z pár baráku monopol takže zákazníci nemohou změnit net tudíž jim už je vlastně jedno jaký net poskytují plus ta jejich apka není přesná tudíž nevěřte jim ani slovo 3400ms je normálka a je jedno či jedete přes kabel zlepšení ani nepoznáte.
The worst connections that can be I do not recommend to anyone outages are common and when you need help they will not help the worse provider here yet. Plus they have made a couple of barracks a monopoly so customers can't change the net so they don't really care what the net they provide plus their apka isn't accurate so don't believe them even the word 3400ms is normal and it doesn't matter if you drive or improve the cable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technik nedorazil na domluvenou schůzku, firma tedy nemá zájem o nového zákazníka. Nedoporučuji, komunikace otřesná, nikdo Vám nedá vědět že se spozdi nebo vůbec nedorazí, kdoví jak tedy funguje jejich připojení když už začátek je tragický
The technician did not arrive at the appointment, so the company is not interested in a new customer. I do not recommend, the communication is appalling, no one will let you know that they will be late or will not arrive at all, who knows how their connection works when the beginning is tragic
