Chalupa pěkná. Má to ale řadu významných mínus.
1) Máte společný dvůr s majitelem. Dělící čára je pouze skalka = navzájem se na sebe koukáte = soukromí žádné ... děti koukají na bazén majitele, kam ale smí jen on. Majitel samozřejmě chodí i po vaší polovině zahrady.
2) S majitelem obecně není jednoduché vyjít. Takovej ten typ já můžu všechno.
3) Voda není pitná
4) Teplá voda teče buď vařící, nebo studená

Chalupa pěkná. But it has a number of significant minus.
1) You have a common yard with the owner. The dividing line is just a rockery = you are looking at each other = privacy no ... children are looking at the owner's pool, but only he can. The owner of course walks on your half of the garden.
2) It is generally not easy to get along with the owner. That's the kind I can do.
3) The water is not drinkable
4) Hot water flows either boiling or cold
