★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To nie tylko świetne miejsce. To także miejsce świetnie przygotowane nie tylko do wyjazdu integracyjnego-firmowego czy generalnie wyjazdu samych dorosłych.
Właściciele domu przygotowali także mnóstwo atrakcji dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na terenie domu jest piaskownica z zabawkami oraz mini plan zabaw. W kolei w środku domu - klocki LEGO (sic!), nocnik dla małych dzieci oraz stopień dla mniejszych dzieci (aby umyły ręce czy same się załatwiły w ubikacji) czy też krzesełko dla maluszków.
Oczywiście chałupa ma WIFI, które dobrze działa. Domek jest bardzo dobrze ocieplony. Byliśmy tam w 7 osób, kiedy na zewnątrz było dosyć zimno (temperatura w okolicach zera, w nocy lekki przymrozek), to nawet jak nie paliło się w środku, to w domu było ciepło. Kuchnia/ jadalnia jest bardo dobrze przygotowana - jest nawet zmywarka (mała, ale jednak), z której korzystaliśmy.
Części sypialne znajdują się na górze. Są nimi dwa pokoje, w których w sumie znajdują się cztery łóżka oraz dodatkowo cztery "łóżka" do spania na podłodze. Właściciele domu dostarczają czystą pościel oraz ręczniki w łazience na górze i na dole chałupy.
Jakieś mankamenty? Tak - jeden i to dosyć poważny. Są nimi ukryte koszta. Właściciel chałupy przy wynajmie nie informował o tym, iż będzie trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić za elektryczność. Więc warto przygotować się na to, iż część kaucji, którą się zostawia u właściciela, nie wróci do nas. Stąd cztery a nie pięć gwiazdek. Ale pomimo tej nieprzyjemności, warto tam generalnie wrócić.
Oczywiście w przypadku miejscowości turystycznych, trzeba brać pod uwagę, iż przy wyjeździe trzeba zapłacić tzw. opłatę klimatyczną per osoba. Jest to swojego rodzaju podatek - dla mniej niewtajemniczonych.
Właściciel chałupy oferuje także wynajem tzw. fińskiej sauny aka bani (dla wtajemniczonych w rosyjskie klimaty). Koszt wynajmu to dodatkowe 1000 koron czeskich za dzień.
It's not just a great place. It is also a place well prepared not only for an integration-company trip or generally for the adults themselves.
The owners of the house also prepared many attractions for families with children. The house has a sandbox with toys and a mini playground. In turn in the middle of the house - LEGO bricks (sic!), Potty for small children and a degree for smaller children (to wash their hands or clean themselves in the toilet) or a chair for babies.
Of course, the cottage has WIFI, which works well. The house is very well insulated. We were there in 7 people, when it was quite cold outside (temperature around zero, at night a light frost), even when it was not burning inside, it was warm in the house. The kitchen / dining room is very well prepared - there is even a dishwasher (small, but still) that we used.
The sleeping parts are located on the top. There are two rooms, in total there are four beds and an additional four "beds" to sleep on the floor. The owners of the house provide clean linen and towels in the bathroom upstairs and downstairs.
Any shortcomings? Yes - one and quite serious. They are hidden costs. The owner of the cottage when renting did not inform about the fact that you will have to pay extra for electricity. So, be prepared for the fact that some of the bail you leave with the owner will not come back to us. Hence four and not five stars. But despite this unpleasantness, it is worth returning generally.
Of course, in the case of tourist destinations, you have to take into account that when leaving, you have to pay the so-called climatic tax per person. This is a kind of tax - for the less uninitiated.
The owner of the cottage also offers renting the so-called Finnish sauna aka sucks (for those in the know about Russian atmosphere). The cost of renting is an additional 1000 Czech crowns per day.
