Heated pool, sauna, dance hall. Kitchen, bar and accommodation with crawling mattresses.

Nothing but lying mattresses. Super owner we really liked, beautiful environment, great for kids

The cottage is in a beautiful place, from where the popular destinations of the Giant Mountains are easily accessible. Unfortunately, the owner does not care about her. The equipment is very worn. Clogged garbage in one room, flowing up to the stairs in the other. The water in the pool is cold, dirty, stinks and you can see the max on the first step, the hall cannot be ventilated - the windows cannot be opened, the entrance to the terrace is not working, the skylights fall out during normal use - I prefer not to think about what could happen if the window crashed into cars or children. Playground overgrown, sandpit without sand, metal swing without planks or canvas, therefore unusable. Wifi only on the lower floor. tidy just naked. The owner is an arrogant culprit who considers shouting at women to be commonplace. The real situation is at odds with the advertised romantic stay - one is more afraid of reaching for anything. I do not recommend accommodation here!

Negative: When I called in on the reservation, my first question was whether the land is fenced because we have small children and dogs. The answer was that the fencing was being completed and would be finished next year. It is not fenced and at the same time the children have to walk around the road, because they do not want to give the keys to the terrace (so that we probably do not make a mess there ..) or provide another safe exit to the garden. It was further stated and was not: - sandpit and no sand. - a trampoline and it is not because it was destroyed - outdoor grill (what is there, perhaps can no longer be considered a grill) -4 refrigerators (there are 2 and then 2 miniature, which is really insufficient for the whole cottage) - kitchen without extractor We are really dissatisfied because we choose a cottage for children and then it looks like this. The owner has arrogant behavior and his answer is, you have to look after the children. Great advice, of course you try and yet a small tragic accident, because children have to walk 1m from the road, where cars drive fast. Positive: The cottage is very nice inside, large hall, indoor pool (he would like to clean the filtration), very nice sauna, whirlpool was slippery at the bottom, rooms clean with their own bathrooms, the kitchen is for basic cooking (missing bar mixer or whisk, pans old and everything burned on them, the electric stove always reacted differently and you didn't know if it was low or at full power). Great is the possibility of a clay court, unfortunately it was bumpy (so it was not for tennis, football ok) and the net was destroyed, so there was no opportunity to play volleyball. There was no net behind the court and the balloon often fell on the adjacent land. If the cottage got another owner who would eliminate these shortcomings, it would be a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the current owner is annoyed by that place or deal and it looks like that. Addition: from the reviews that were after our stay (1st week in August) it is evident that the owner lied about the key to the terrace all the time. He has it and only invents the reasons why he will not provide it to the guests.

The cottage is located by the main road and the land is not fenced. As the owner is not willing to access the entrance from the hall to the garden, he has to walk a meter from the road, which is quite dangerous for small children. Large garden, without advertised trampolines and sandpit. Kurt unmaintained, it was a bit like a board, it went football, no tennis. Cottage inside spacious, quite comfortable. The big hall is great, you just can't open the windows and there is low lighting. The best thing about the whole cottage is the sauna and indoor pool, which would just need better filtration and heating. The water averaged 27 degrees, which is not enough for young children, after a while they were frozen and had to get out of the water. Electricity is paid separately, so it should not be a problem to heat the water more. It would take maintenance and the holiday would be great.

Unfortunately, the overall impression is spoiled by the owner with his arrogant behavior. The pool, which has maintenance only 3 hours with a vacuum cleaner per week, so it looks accordingly. Cloudy, dirty and because the heating did not go so incredibly icy. I would even say dangerous to health. Upon warning, the owner told me that he would not do anything about it and the more we jump there, the more the pool will be filtered. Like really???? There are no cooking pots for the group in the kitchen, although we requested this in advance. The extractor does not work, so there is no window in the kitchen and it is not possible to ventilate. The chef was forced to cook twice a week for the group in incredible heat. Utensils what's left ... every plate and mug different. The porch door cannot be opened (it is said that it does not have a key), ie the hall is unusable, musty and also without the possibility of ventilation (as the windows are not openable). In some rooms, the bed slats are cracked, the locker door is falling off or there is a non-functional shower. We lost a skylight that has a bad stop (confirmed by the administrator), but we still have to pay for it. The trampoline and sandpit you promote for children does not exist and the courts (soccer field ..) have not been seen by the caretaker for several years. The cleaning is really only superficial, so if you look under the bed or in the corners, you can see the dirt. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

The owner really discourages his approach and is not willing to invest in the cottage and therefore the overall situation corresponds to that. Outdoor grill rather to the museum, trampoline nowhere, sandpit without sand and completely. As for the keys to the terrace, so that we wouldn't have to go to the garden through the main entrance and the road, he just misted and lied that they had taken him in front of us and then suddenly something about the wrong hinge fell out of him, but only when he left. It charges cleaning for CZK 3,500, but you clean the stoves yourself and the cottage definitely does not look tidy after this paid cleaning. We really don't want to spend a week on the phone and arguing with the owner, so you better choose a different place
