Super cottage with all amenities. I really appreciate that they welcomed us without any problems with our two maxips :-) We really enjoyed it and we were definitely not here for the last time.

It's nice here and a little everywhere

Great accommodation for us. Sold clean cottages, very nice and helpful owner, the environment is amazing. Everything matched the photos on the web. I recommend to all. We only missed a small detail because we had small children that would fit on the stairs. But this is a file about our convenience. Otherwise maximum satisfaction

The surrounding nature is beautiful. Mrs. owner at first sight nice. If you do not pay 1000 CZK for the final cleaning, the owner will require a more thorough cleaning of the pension than what the pension looked like on arrival. Lots of spiders, mosquitoes, dog hair. Not suitable for allergy sufferers. Ad the owner's answer ... I never claimed that we paid 1000 CZK for cleaning. The owner deducted 500 CZK for one old cracked wall and, according to her, insufficient cleaning and elsewhere she is deceived by exceeding the capacity of the building, but in the e-mail she approved that 7 adults and two children can be in the building. Never again ... it's beautiful in Jizerky, but we will choose better next time. The owner also constantly told us that she prefers to accommodate 10 dogs. It has a possibility. There is already plenty of hair and cobwebs.

Severka's location is excellent with many tourist destinations in the area. The equipment of the cottage is sufficient for my needs, although I will recognize if the rooms will be cramped for someone. This is always a subjective opinion. The problem arises with the obligation of final cleaning by the user. I know from my many years of experience with cleaning work that if I tell ten people to clean up after themselves, everyone will "somehow" clean up and it will always be different. We were unlucky that we came after users with dogs who did not solve much cleaning, due to severe allergic reactions we had quite a lot of health problems. However, we cleaned up and did not solve the problem further, so that in the end we learned from the owner that we did not clean up. The owner and I finally talked about problems, but it is useless. People have to say goodbye so that some want to return to the place and the other is happy to see them again. If you hear from the owner "I'd rather accommodate 10 poochs than you", she will personally freeze a lot. But everything is gone and I am writing this review without emotion. Therefore, for me who is looking for accommodation in a beautifully situated place in the Jizera Mountains and does not want to give up his dog friends, come here. However, if you have an allergic problem, consider recreation in this cottage. Tolerance of pets by the owner is a fact that must be taken into account when planning a vacation.
