In five days we paid 4800, - "for energy". It is true that the cottage was fully occupied, but still. As for the equipment of the cottage, it probably corresponds to the price, ie except for the kitchen, because cooking here for 15 people is reminiscent of horror. For example, the oven is completely missing here. The overall impression is not much ?

Roubenka Adélka - the same owner! Stay purchased through the agency "Česká pohoda". We ideally demanded peace and a cottage suitable for a small child. In the description of the cottage there is a sandpit, trampoline, climbing frame, grill / fireplace. Immediately upon arrival, the owner told us that he does not provide accommodation services and therefore the cottage does not have a toilet, spring, sponge, dishwasher tablets, etc. Everything was a problem (in no case will he lend a towel), it is not possible to print a residence contract he… There was dust and cobwebs everywhere in the interior and in the bathtub, but he immediately talked about cleaning before leaving. There was neither a climbing frame nor a trampoline in the vicinity of the cottage (it is said to belong to the second cottage, which is not clear at all from the website), it took me a long time to understand that a heap of sand with concrete tunnels around is an attempt at a sandpit. Neither grill nor fireplace. For the whole stay, ie 3 nights, we paid almost 14 thousand. He even wanted to pay us for the pool, which we refused from the beginning. Agency unable to solve the problem. Never more!

The owner plays with the entries from the electricity meter in such a way that the inattentive guest is then forced to pay an additional amount for electricity similar to the price of accommodation. The cottage is very "used". Definitely not recommended.

Date of visit 9 - 11 June 2017 I would describe my stay at the cottage as one of the worst experiences. Upon the first contact with the owner, we were informed that the cottage has a swimming pool, volleyball and football field and a fireplace with barbecue. Upon arrival, we learned that the pool was filled in July, the volleyball court was completely overgrown with grass and without a net and firewood (which, by the way, for an additional fee of 100 CZK) was in the form of about 10 meters and a half long roof battens. I would describe the interior of the cottage as completely tragic. Toilet paper, bags in baskets, a dishcloth were missing and after consulting with the owner we were told that we should go to buy it in nearby Tanvald. The icing on the cake was the bed linen, which smelled strange, but the owner forbade us to bring our own that they had to show a bill for the laundry. However, when we demanded that account from him, he told us that it was only for him and he saw no reason to give it to us. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, I definitely do not recommend this cottage as well as any other from Mr. Libor Šourek.

The unbelievable approach of the owner. When handing over the cottage, cobwebs everywhere, mold in the windows. Kitchen dirty, mold around the sink, also in the showers. The owner emphasized how to carefully open, clean, clean everything, while everything is neglected, dirty. Equipment horror, old dishes, a vacuum cleaner that barely vacuumed. No wardrobes in the rooms. Bed linen torn, old, for which he charged 110 CZK / piece, on departure we had to pay for two stolen sheets 400, -. Energy per week stay 5800, - ?, it does not consume even a month in a family house. And they didn't even carry all the direct heaters. We definitely do not recommend this cottage and the owner ?

I do not explicitly recommend accommodation with Mr. Libor Šourek! Friends stayed here for one night when we had a wedding nearby. Thanks to the surcharge for electricity, the price has doubled to the original price. The friends slept there for 4 hours, the lights came on when they came from the party around 4 o'clock in the morning, and they made tea in the morning. Price for one for consumed energy (light approx. 1 hour, one electric kettle) almost 200 CZK. What 6 people consumed there in one and a half nights is not consumed by a family of four in a whole month. The alleged reason for such a high price, which he deducted from the deposit, was that they could use the pool, which is allegedly heated (even though it was cold and for such a price, the water in it would have to be boiled :-)!). The owner is not very normal and I recommend you stay away from him.

The owner is the person who dials you with his first or longest sentence. Not so much the content of what he says, but the form. But he doesn't seem to realize how he affects others ... The cottage as such corresponds to the price group for accommodation. A pleasant surprise were 3 bathrooms. Furniture older but usable. Equipment (toilet paper, trash bags, detergents) was missing, but we were notified in advance, so we brought it. The charged price for electricity corresponds to other reviews here - unreal. Fortunately, we were already counting on it a bit, but it still didn't please me. The owner pretended to be surprised and went to check the electricity meter 3 times, saying that it was not possible :-). He did not explain the fact that there is obviously a problem in the direct heaters, which does not work the thermostat and either heats up at all or not at all, and repeatedly showed me that we should have turned the wheel on the radiator (:-)). The price for consumed electricity increased the price of accommodation by 50%, which made cheap accommodation an average accommodation. Overall, the owner's approach to money is striking - yes, really everything, in the words of EVERYTHING, is for an additional fee !, and after charging us electricity, he did not have 40 CZK back, so before rounding it down, he wanted to send money to my account. I give 3 stars only because there was a very friendly approach to dogs - we had a meeting with the number of CCA 10 large dogs and there was no problem with that.

The cottage was not equipped, there was no detergent, there were no towels. There were two rolls of toilet paper in the cottage for 15 people, after asking the owner we were told that we should get it ourselves. Negotiations with the owner were very frivolous, even unpleasant. The kitchen was unfurnished, and some pots were dirty when handed over. The whole kitchen was infested with ants, to which the owner told us that "we probably won't do anything about it". It should be noted that the vast majority of things in the cottage for an additional fee. A ping-pong table is available, but there is an extra charge for bats. The price of electricity climbed to an incredible 1000 (!) CZK in one weekend. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this cottage to anyone who likes at least the basic standard and who is not ready to deal with an unpleasant owner.
